online size specs are completely bogus and overstated. Ordered chinos and jeans, and both arrived too small. Then, to add insult to injury, they charged me $7.00 to send back my return for the privilege of waiting 14 business days (from the time that they receive the return) to get my money back. Avoid ordering from Uniqlo online. I won't be doing business with them again.

I bought a pair of jeans and followed their sizing chart. They ended up being too large. I spent $5 to ship and then $7 to return without any shipping reimbursement. I was very disappointed after spending money, I do not have any jeans. I just want buyers to be aware.

Ordered a Roger Federer baseball cap online. No problems with delivery. Wore it for 20: to 30 minutes in the rain and the hat had discoloured. Uniqlo suggested I’d either washed it incorrectly or is was down to ‘Wear and Tear’. The hat was brand new!!!

I bought 4 items but they charged me 5 items (extra $109,90). When I come back to ask them why and their attitude very bad. They didn’t apologise and they look me like a thief. Otherwise, this is their fault not my, I have to come back and waste my time for this situation. I’m very disappointed because of their bad service. The staff who served me are “Trisha and Sophia”. I’m still wondering how can this mistake happened.

Online order never received after 16 days! Very difficult to contact Uniqlo or get any action! Very, very poor customer care. Advise you avoid this company!

LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS—“TOO MUCH CHEMICAL SCENT” Beware! There are Low quality products at UNIQLO !!! On 5/27/2019 I bought some woman’s AIRism bra top (#2000123618234; #2000123618531; #2000123618753; #2000123618296, Receipt invoice NO. 6328) at the UNIQLO Santa Anita Store (400 South Baldwin Avenue Arcadia, CALIFORNIA 91007). After washing the bra tops in the washing machine with normal tide detergent, I detected a strong chemical odor, and on keeping the clothes in my room, I began feeling dizzy and an uncomfortable headache. OMG!! How can I wear these bras with this chemical scent on it all the time? On 6/3/2019 I went back to the store to ask for a refund. I was so DISAPPOINTTED that the supervisor, who is named John O, told me that the Strong Chemical Smell was from using the incorrect washing method, which didn’t make any sense. The fact that the garment had contained too much chemicals in it, No matter how you washed the garment, the smell would still exist! And it is a reflection on how poor quality the product was! Again, I pressed him for a refund or another solution for the problem, as I cannot wear those bra tops with that strong chemical scent. He DISAPPOINTTED me again and said that there was NO return, No exchange, and either I take it back or donate it all back to the store. The review is to try to inform the owner and CEO of UNIQLO that if the clothes had too much chemicals in it, it can cause a big problem for health of the customers---STOP selling or donating these low quality products to people that may harm their health! Also to anyone reading this, do not buy these poor quality clothes if they continue selling it. Beware! Be a smart buyer!!

I have purchased some items on line with understanding that the next day I can pick them up at the local store. I was wrong, the company ships them via snail mail to the store. I canceled the order. Two month later still did not receive my refund. Will not shop again.

I’ve had a really bad experience with my online ordering. I ordered some clothes back In December, after a few weeks of waiting we received an email saying it was delivered. My husband was home all day and we have front door cameras. The next day we gave them a call and told them we haven’t got our package. They told us to wait til Friday and if it wasn’t there call back. After waiting we still had not received anything so we gave them a call. They told us they would look into the matter. After about a week of waiting we got an email saying that after looking into it they see our package was delivered and they would not be resending the order and not give us a refund for the missing order. My husband called back and they said they would refund the order and should be getting a email. I have still yet to see any email and have not seen anything on my bank account.such a lie.Never ever buy qniqlo again.

I would like to give no stars, if it were possible. I have never ordered from Uniqlo before, and certainly won’t again. I ordered a bra according to the size recommended on the website. When it arrived it was far too small. Obviously to ascertain this I had to remove it from the packaging and try it on. I then read that under garments removed from the original packaging could not be returned. I contacted customer services and they eventually replied with a very brief note, informing me that I could not return the item. I contacted them again, explaining the situation (as above) and noting that all department stores allow customers to try on undergarments. I have been waiting for a response, which I fear will never arrive. I have therefore spent £15 to try on a garment which doesn’t fit me and which I cannot return. I would urge anyone to be sure about their sizing before they order. I will donate this item to a women’s charity and will never order from this firm again. Non existent customer service.

I ordered 5 items online that were the incorrect size. So, I called the customer service, which underestimates the wait time on the phone. I asked how I could exchange the items, and they notified me that the only way to exchange the items is in a physical store, where they would assist me, and there is no way to see if they have the items in stock or to have the items reversed. After waiting in line for 20 minutes to exchange the items, I was notified that I had to go find the five items independently. Then I was told that they could only exchange four or the items because one was an online exclusive. However, the manager said that if I called the customer support, they should be able to exchange the online exclusive item. When I called the customer support, they said that they do not re-ship items, so the only thing I can do is to return the item. So, basically, there is no way to exchange anything that is an online exclusive, which is fine, but it should say that on the website, and the first customer service representative should have said that on the first call. I will be going back tomorrow to return everything and will no be buying from here again. The reason that I have Uniqlo two stars is that their clothing is pretty good quality for the price point, but it's not worth the hassle, the unknowledgeable customer service representatives, or a business where the services offered do not communicate or work together.

Will like to give them no star for services. You should not order online. They will never help you once you click on order ok. They told you the order is on the way and can't make any changes but if you click on shipping information then you found there is no shipment in carrier. Very poor service

Uniqlo is a store that literally does not uphold rights of its customers. The employees there will take your phone just like that and refuse to let you make you phone call with your own phone.

worst service ever!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. I placed an order online. They never delivered it to the correct address. I called and had to wait 45 to get to a representative. The rep was very very very rude. Hung up on me. Called again had to wait 45 more. I said please cancel this order. Take everything back. They said they would put a return request. Now I just have to hope they give me my money back! Yet they said they cant guarantee they will receive it and it would take them 30 days to put my money back after they do !
