“I am extremely disappointed with my shopping experience with upgrade lights. I placed an order that was supposed to arrive 2 weeks ago and it never showed up. I've emailed customer service multiple times and received one response stating the tracking information shows the package was delivered. My last email has been ignored. If you're looking for a guarantee that your products will arrive and decent customer service, shop elsewhere.”

“The shade arrived promptly and in good condition. It fits really well, and I'm so glad for the selection and specificity of Upgrade Lights inventory and sales. Only reason for 4 stars (not 5) is that the online pictures are low quality-- shade color was not *quite* as expected.”

“The chandelier shades (4 inch at bottom) fit and look great; shipping was fast and the shades were well packaged; arrived without any damage. My only concern is from the description I thought they were lined with gold material; after delivery I realized the description was the gold colored clip. But this is a small concern; I would definitely purchase from this site in future!”

“I'm refurbishing an antique lamp. The parts were just what I needed, they arrived on time and in good condition. When you order a glass globe you never know how its going to arrive. This was very well packed. It's nice to find everything in one place.”
