“Upscale is apparently Downscaling. Tried to order 3 tubes. Stock only allows 1. Out of stock. Could not get advice. Only a chat.”

Hi Blair We are so sorry for your frustrations. Recent events caused a temporary huge increase in the volume of communications asking about tubes and we have just been overwhelmed. We have removed most all tubes from our website temporarily. We are checking our inventory and seeing what tube shipments are coming in, and trying to come up with a solution to service our regular customers, especially those that have purchased their equipment from Upscale Audio. This may take some time and we are very sorry for the inconvenience. We hope to be able to offer some tubes again that we don't have now in the coming days to a week. Keep in mind that you should expect that the original tubes will have at least 8,000 to 10,000. hours of life. For most people that is 8 to 10 years or more.
