“For some reason the address kept coming back as shipping to Washington DC vs CA. I would change it, and then return to payment. Presto, back to DC. Needed to repeat 5 times before it would "take". Otherwise pretty seamless as a shopping experience.”

“I initially needed a new cartridge for my Rega P3. When I called I was transferred to Bill Rudolph and after going over what I was looking for and patiently answering many technical and logical questions, I then with his advice and guidance, decided to upgrade a bit. I finally decided on a Sutherland KC Vibe Mk2 and a Soundsmith Carmen Mk II ES cartridge. Bill was patient and personable and a for real expert and the reason I will return to Upscale Audio in the future. Also this was my first purchase from Upscale and I just wanted to let you know Steve Deckert of Decware Audio spoke highly of you, Kevin Deal, and recommended doing business with Upscale.”
