“it was a little fiddly with putting credit card information, like "name on the card" for some reason I had to enter it twice before it would accept. NO biggy.”

“It looked to me like the prices for what I purchased were significantly higher than overseas. I also didn't see any options for other retailers or competition so this was it. The online chat was helpful, however, and the return policy is generous so if I'm not ok with the amp I have an option. I'm hoping to get support with tube rolling once I get the amp.”

“Your online store is perfect other than the shopping cart. By accident I added my order to the cart twice. There didn't seem to be a delete button or way to change the quantity other than to continue to hit the " - " button. Although that works it takes some time to get to the quantity you want.”
