“i was very fortunate to have had richard, (thou sight unseen), as my salesperson via the phone...we've been doing business for two weeks now and i couldn't be happier with the extremely quick, one-day delivery of my two orders...i wasn't txpecting that... nor did i think, but much appreciate, rich's in-depth assitance regarding a unit in my system already that basically duplicated what i was pondering buying from him, knowing it could affect his sale, but he was very helpful, regardless, and won the purchase... he's friendly and knowledgable and goes the distance to gather product info if he's unfamiliar with it...\ product reviews await the coming days...so far, i've been in good, capable hands and it speaks well of the company, as well...”

“One of the drive belts I purchased broke almost immediately (about a week or so), so I have to buy another 4 to replace the one that snapped for some reason.”
