“Richard was FANTASTIC! I can't say enough about his great knowledge and patience and very pleasant demeanor. He gave me super helpful advice and perspective and demystified this somewhat intimidating subject matter. There is no question in my mind that I would not have made this significant purchase without Richard's great customer service. He represents your company exceptionally well. Thanks, Richard! -- Matt”

“Been a customer for almost 9yrs, always top notch service. The best equipment I got was PL dialogue 1, still running after all these years, except for occasional fuses. I live in hurricane state”

“Kevin, the cost of Russian tubes is beyond me since now I need 12 EL34's for my system (Prima Luna and Eico) when they need replacement. I hope you are looking at JJ and Psvane for distribution. I don't want to go somewhere else because I can't afford anything from Russia. I'm on a fixed income (retired). Please help us! Thanks Ron Santora”

“Thanks to Richard who called me and helped with all the questions I had and helped me to make the decision on this turntable. I requested the expert testing and will be using the Schiit Audio Mani as the phono pre-amp with the Rega P3 turntable.”
