“While I actually did not get to speak with anyone directly, Ken, Mike and others at Upscale were extremely helpful with getting to me to a certain price point and hence able to complete my purchase. “The shopping service is great. Service on my PrimaLuna amp - tube issue wasn't so good. Only via email, which took hours. In summary, the tech talked down to me which I didn't appreciate. When I finally diagnosed the problem it was two (2) 12AU7 tubes! Amp is 11 months old. I live between two homes, so this amp had less than 6 months on it. I got two new tubes and it runs fine. I love the shopping experience - Joel Bennett is my guy. Superb. I bought the PrimaLuna because it was bomb proof. I could understand it ONE tube went out. Maybe a bad one in the bunch. But two?”
