“Spoke with Chris, Bill, and Ken. All of you were terrific. I think Al could use some additional training in being a little more sensitive, patient, and friendly when dealing with customers. The issue of asking about a "trade-in" is a sensitive one for some customers and should be handled carefully by the rep.”

“I don't know if I hit sales level or if you're just being awesome, but thank you for the gift card. My SBOOSTER power supply was a dud . It died within about a hour and made the Pathos sound bad. Once I connected the Pathos power supply it sounded better.”
