“Easy shopping....a sonic tube description guide would be helpful to choosing from the different available tubes.....reviews are good but subjective and depend on each individuals gear....generalized comparisons on sonic personality traits of each tube i.e. scaled from 1-5, warmth, tone, clarity, range, lows, highs, mids etc thanks appreciate your expertise and inventory, and speed of delivery”

“Upscale Audio is one of the few places that actually stocks a lot of what it sells. I spent many hours trying to find some specific cables, and most websites needed a week or so to ship. Upscale had them in stock, and so I just drove over there and picked them up. Easy! While there, I noticed some awesome speakers and a fabulous demo room. A suggestion: Answer inquiries from your online "submit a question" page. I asked about speakers and an amp listed on your website more than a month ago but never got a reply.”
