“Price was better than others. Saw pictures from different views of phone I was considering to purchase. Saw results of tests run on phone. Sent me a video of my exact phone being packaged (Person wore gloves!!). Arrived early. Everything was as stated. In my experience they are trust-able. Wished they also sold cars & other electronics!!!!!!!!! Phone WORKS PERFECTLY.”

“I was hesitant to use UpTrade to purchase a phone but after my experience I’m glad I gave it a shot. Very quick and simple purchase. I received my phone promptly prior to recieving timely updates about my phones status and a video of my phone being packed to be shipped off. Very professional and thorough. I recommend purchasing a phone from this company, I can not speak on behalf of the trade your phone in aspect of their business as I have not had that experience.”

“I was skeptical but I took my time and looked at all the phone pictures they had which was very helpful. I was able to find a used phone in Excellent condition for a great price. My advice is look at all the phone pics so you know where the scratches maybe and decide from there. Will use again the next time I need a phone.”

“Delivery took me about 3 weeks which I was not thankful. It was Fedex’s fault and their service center did a great communication during that time. The phone has some scratches on the display however it was not visible with screen protector so I think I like the phone a lot. Everything except the scratches was as described so I am satisfied with the purchase via Uptrade. Thank you for the great communication. I really appreciate it.”

“I made two phone purchases from them and service was excellent both times. When I had to contact customer service for the second phone, Ryan was prompt with responding and updating me via email until the issue was completely resolved. I would definitely buy more phones from them. Thanks for the great experience!”
