“On Nov. 1, 2021, I sent my Google Pixel 4 XL to UpTradeIt.com. They provided me with a FEDEX shipping label and I attached it to the box and shipped it on Nov. 3, 2021. On Nov 8, 2021, it was on the truck for delivery to them. However, UpTradeIt never received the package. I emailed the support team and was told that they would have to file a claim against FEDEX. The claim was submitted and denied by FEDEX. They provided a status update to me and they were going to call and find out why. I waited and waited and waited. I never heard back from the UpTradeIt Support Team since Dec. 6, 2021. I've tried multiple times to email and leave voice messages for someone to get back to me. I understand the package being lost is out of their hands, but I expect to be kept in the loop on things. As of today, Jan.19, 2022, it appears that I may be out the $245 offer and my phone. This has been a horrible experience with this company.
Update: The CEO contacted via phone and apologized for the incident and immediately sent me an echeck. He came across as sounding very sincere and provided an explanation of what happened. It sounds like the issue has been resolved.”
“I only gave 3 stars because I was partly at fault. I got my phone a little over 2 mo ago and immediately put a waterproof case on it. I was having issues with people hearing me and I thought it was due to the case so I just used the speakerphone all the time. Well I’ve recently been using the phone with no case and noticed if I’m not on speakerphone people still can’t hear me or it goes in and out. But other than that I love my phone. My advice though is to thoroughly test all functions of your phone as soon as you receive it.”
“We’ll, we had a bit of a rough time getting the order accepted because the ‘customer’ was our foreign exchange student and somehow you canceled our first order due to confusion about her address here and her US visa picture ID. But, that’s understandable. We were very impressed that you followed through on your promise to give us expedited shipping for our 2d attempt at ordering her phone. Not your fault, but FEDEX actually delivered the phone on the Sunday following the Friday it was scheduled for. However, after setting up the phone we just discovered the camera lens on the back of the phone only works intermittently - mostly it doesn’t work I.e. nothing happens when you press the button looking at a blurred image. However, rarely but occasionally it does function correctly. So, unfortunately now I plan on taking it in for repair, at a local shop, since I’m sure you know, like us, how important the camera feature is to teenagers.

“This would have been five star transaction if it was not for FedEx . My last order ( i paid extra shipping) got stuck in feed warehouse for 5 days . This time around i opted for regular shipping hoping for USPS .. They shipped FEdEx again and again my phone is sitting in FedEx center.”

I loved the video of unpacking the phone when you received it; however really starting to feel impatient because it is just about 14 days and I still have not received any payment!!!! I feel that it is an issue not having my payment in my hand by now, it should not take 14 days to receive a payment for something that is already in your hands. “I ordered a Samsung galaxy s10 that was listed as prism black. When I received the phone, it was pink. The stock photo was pink, but it was listed as black, so I thought that maybe it was just a stock photo of the phone, not the one that was being ordered.”
“The phone was in good shape and it came quickly and well packaged. However we had to replace the battery immediately. It was swollen. We are now having issues with it staying charged again and will have to have that fixed as well.”
