We apologize for the issues with your order as this part came directly from the supplier and was not something that we had in stock. The supplier shipped this part out, however, the shipping company lost the package. Unfortunately, this was something out of our control. However, we did offer to have a replacement shipped out int he meantime as this was not your fault. We are always happy to help in any way possible.
