We are very sorry to hear that the product stopped working. Are you able to provide us with more information as to what happened? If you are seeing a check engine light coming on, this product as stated on the site is not a guarantee to remove the check engine light. You would need a tune to remove the code completely.

“Urotuning itself, pretty good. The gaskets i received right out of the box, ruined. I paid 1500$ for a turbo kit i expect good gaskets at least. Two of them were bent, one was significantly worse. Still havent installed new turbo since im waiting for gaskets.”

“Sent wrong plugs and they want to charge me a restocking fee plus some other fee for their mistake. Still waiting to hear back for the return. That being said I know they are based out of Tampa Florida so I am patiently waiting to hear from them.”

“there is a safety pin at the bottom that it too short to fit into the placement on the brace on the car, so you can lock the suspension in... just buy the original suspension from a store”
