“Urotuning is very quick and helpful, I got live customer help and advise bought everything u needed for my e61 for FBO, from the time of stock to FBO, WAS 2 weeks, 1 week was waiting for parts. Quick shipping, XPH.COM ruined my credit score and its been 3 months got turbos no ship or refund yet.”

“The ignition coils I got did not fit in my beetle even when it said it would on your website. I sent an email asking to solve this issue but after almost a week I have not heard yet from you guys. I guess I am going to call you guys in upset mode since I need that fix.”

“Received the wrong part through a dropshipper. Contacted customer service who didn't reply for a 5 business days. called with no answer after a 15 minute hold time. I received a email reply while on hold that requested more info this was day 5. Waited 1 more day with no reply and then sent a follow up email back giving up and requesting a refund, which was promptly processed.”

“UroTuning supplier shipped an alternator instead of a clutch kit. Had to return the parts and go with another vendor due to time constraints. UroTuning customer service was top-notch, with no issues when requesting a return.”
