“Exceptional product and exceptional customer service! I was very impressed with the quality of the shades compared to others available, which cost more than three times as much! Even better was the quick shipping because my order was a shipped the same afternoon it was placed, which I found incredible. Add to that the free returns, which is so important if you have a shade that doesn’t turn out to be exactly what you expected. Impressive!”

“As a season Interior Designer always looking for unique quality products for my clients. But this time it was for my new renovated foyer, still haven’t hung artwork! For my treasured lamps from my grandmother the lampshades came quickly packed beautifully and exactly as I had expected! Wonderful product! Teeing up a mirror for my client’s powder room! “When I saw the low price of these lights I was very skeptical. I placed the order with my fingers crossed that I hadn’t been scammed. I figured at best I’d receive them in a month.. However, just 3 or 4 days later the box had arrived. I was very surprised, but not as surprised when I picked up the box and was blown away at how heavy it was. I rushed inside and opened it immediately. I couldn’t believe how substantial these fixtures were. They were SO much better than what my best hopes were for the fixtures. I am still utterly stunned by the quality of the item, and could not possibly be happier with my purchase. While I purchased these to be a subtle addition to my library, I suspect that instead they will be a focal point. 10/10! Simply an outstanding product that I cannot say enough good things about. I am full of gratitude and thanks, and cannot wait to show these off!”

“I like the Katherine cordless light and the Genius seems to have good battery life. Took off a star only bc I’m still waiting for a particular shade to restock. Didn’t realize ‘clip on’ wasn’t compatible resulting in a partial return.”

“I chose the single Insignia wall sconce and it is perfect in my family room. With the dimmable feature I can use it for mood lighting or more practical lighting needs. The sconce is heavy, beautiful and well-made and my hardest decision was which of the adorable shade choices would be the best. Installation was easy and fast. Highly recommend this stylish product.”

“I ordered a wall sconce from Pooky Lighting-the shipping was super fast and everything was beautiful and great quality! Unfortunately, the light did not work in the space I needed it and I had to return it. The return process was also super fast and the very day it was delivered back to Pooky Lighting, I got an email that my refund was being processed. Super impressed with this company and their customer service! I hope to purchase again from them in the future!”
