“Gorgeous, unusual, funky and great quality”

“Ordered a small table lamp. Was soooo impressed with the quality and the design. The lamp shipped much faster than I had anticipated and without any issues. The lamp was super durable and I loved the build quality. It was all magnetic and no parts needed any screwing on or assembly. Simply put in the light bulb and put the shade on top. I appreciated the remote cover which added a nice flare to the lamp. Above all the light was a soft yellow and really made my apartment pop. Will definitely be buying more.”

“I ordered (3) lampshades from Pooky and all look great! One was a clip on shade and the other two are 12" tall tapered shades that come with harps to assemble. I was unsure of the dimensions of what would look and fit the best with my lamp bases, and called the customer service number. The customer service rep was very helpful. We went over the various dimensions of possible shade sizes and color/designs which led me to the right decision. The quality of the lamp shades are well made and look stunning! My order shipped free too since the total was over $100.00. The shipment was packed well, and I was given tracking updates. I am a very satisfied customer and had a great experience buying from Pooky Lighting!”

“Loved the lamps, and the shades but wish to acquaint customers with the most outstanding customer service I have ever received from any source. I had a small glitch with one lamp, fault of no one but worthy of a report as I could not solve the problem. The issue was not only addressed, but politely so and a replacement was delivered before I could initiate a return. All I know to say is," I hope you like their pruducts. I know you will like them."”

“I love the look of the Pooky lights, my only complaint is if you have 2 lights close together you can't control which lights turn on/off with clicker. I have 2 double light sconces over 2 twin beds. Sometimes the clicker will turn them all on, then 3 off, then they are all off sequence. Customer service suggested aiming directly at light, but that didn't make a difference.”

“I ordered mini lamp shades and wall sconces, and I am very happy with the quality. Everything is accurate to what it looked like online. I had made a mistake a on my order and customer service was excellent. I also ordered two different styles of shades to compare which I liked best, and the return process was very smooth.
