“I ordered 4 sconces from Pooky. I was extremely excited to install these in my kitchen. However, one of the set of sconces I ordered, the glass shade did not fit correctly. I emailed back and forth trying so hard to make these work, unfortunately they did not. I ended up returning these sconces. Hoping to be refunded, I purchased a new pair, from Pooky. Another $300 worth only to find out I was not going to be refunded entirely for the other sconces for a defect out of my control. I will purchase from Pooky again, but was not pleased with their return service.”

“We have been working with a designer and she had ordered a ceramic lamp one year ago. It never came in. We looked all ice r this earth for a lamp that would work. I was willing to pay up to $600 plus her design fee. Then I found you….amazing. Your design and quality are top notch and the price is beyond amazingl. “Pooky products always caught my eye in British design magazines. I thought they were just a dream until I realized they have a US website. My first purchase was a Twinky USB rechargeable sconce light-the adorable wall light of the future. I’ve since placed two more orders- one for a second Twinky. My most recent purchase is a gorgeous pleated and scalloped Morris and Co. fabric lamp shade. It’s a game changer so I’m planning to upgrade other lamps. Pooky is fresh, exciting, reasonably priced and offers quick shipping and terrific customer service. US companys, please take a page from Pooky’s playbook.”

“As a trade account we are currently using Pooky in ones or twos for our design projects with a very small profit. If we were able to stock it, and merchandise it in our store, we would be able to sell 20 times more product. We currently sell 40k a year of Zafferano and 150k a year of Visulal Comfort.
