“I was afraid to purchase at 1st with all the negativity I seen. Then I thought il give it a go just to see for myself. I purchased 7 items all sizes was spot on and delivered on time. delivery charge after spending over £100 is a bit of a rip off it should be free.”

“Was happy to find they had some trainers online that my boyfriend couldn't buy in store. Only issue I had was the item arrived damaged and the shoes looked like they'd been thrown in the box the packaging was damaged inside and out. Trainers looked to be fine”

“Great service and great price. On my last order I ordered a emporio armani t-shirt, in the online catalogue it shows v-neck and it says v-neck, when I reveived this t-shirt it wasn't v-neck. If this was a mistake your feedback would be appreciated. Thanks, Ross”

“Great offers during the sale, delivery was as advertised came on time, only issue was two of the items still had security tags on them. Had to take them to the store to have them removed, a bit of an inconvienence but more straight forward than having to post them back then wait on the delivery again.”

“Can't have delivered to USC shop and have to pay £5 delivery to shop just around corner from USC shop ????????so returns are a pain should be able to just take back to shop ????? but clothes I ordered all fit great and website easy to use !!!!”

“Normally usc is spot on until I had to return a faulty item, don't think it's right that I should pay to return it and then wait 5 days for a replacement. Due to it being faulty I should get costs by me back and be given a next day delivery on the replacement.”
