“I wasn’t very impressed when we initially went into the store at The Forge retail park. We were unable to locate a member of staff even though we were the only customers at that point. The store didn’t have the correct size of one pair of trainers we were looking at but the young chap who did come to deal with us checked availability in all stores close by but it was easier to order online. Once we had done the order the online service was excellent, I was kept up to date in every stage, order process etc. They arrived two days earlier than estimated, packaged well. Thank you”
