“Had to send back 2 tops as we're to small.was unhappy that I had to pay returns postage as already had to pay postage for receiving items.”

“Pickup Was Annoying due to The fact that the Staff kept telling me I needed "Photo ID" but I obviously Dont have one As I am 14. I had to go home to get my passport and come back”

“The delivery was very quick however i has asked for next day delivery and paid for it.I wasn’t amused by the fact that when I order one of the t shirts I made sure it was available as other sizes had a mark to say it wasn’t available. I made sure the one I ordered was, to then get an email 24 hours later to say that the t shirt was our of stock. I appreciate that the site needs updating and this may have been purchased in the between time however the top remained on the site as available in the size for another 3 or 4 days. When in fact it wasn’t available in that size. Other than that I found it easy and I was berry happy with the items I did receive.”

“Unfortunately my parcel wasn’t delivered on the 20/09/18 courier said it was delivered and signed for when it was not. Still waiting for investigation to be carried out by Hermes I am rating this good as I have had replies back from USC but no resolution yet”

“Great site, best price for items were definitely with USC. Delivery was quick. Only issue was that the security tag was on an item that I ended up forceably removing which destroyed one of the items.”

“In store USC is a pleasure to shop at plenty of products and helpful staff and the sales are a real gem. I shopped online for a few items and the experience was smooth and the items arrived in good time as they were supposed to the only issue arose when i unpacked the order and found the bags inside pretty badly crumpled and one item of clothing was very creased so i would say the packing process needs to be a bit ore careful, overall this is a good shop for brands and has a lot of choice”

“Delivery times were excellent. The product is amazing - very good quality. The only point i would make is it would make returns so much easier if you could pop into a store to return rather than having to arrange return by signed for delivery. We ordered a bikini top it was too small and we needed the next size up. it would have taken too long to return by post and wait for the replacement - so we ordered again online and have sent the small item back. Now we have to wait for refund when i feel you could probably do this in store. Apart from that very happy.”

“I purchased 3 items, one of which was a Hugo Boss Shirt guided as a regular fit, as I'm well built gentlemen I need regular fit, it wouldn't fasten over my chest, which I have returned, just waiting for the funds to go back into my account. I also purchased a Lacoste regular fit shirt,, which fitted fine. Delivery and communication was prompt.”
