“Their nowledge was great. They informed me that I needed a wood roller, not a plastic roller. That's really important as plastic melt. Response time to my web chat questions was great. I even called and the tech who answered was super helpful. Just know that they are a family business and not Amazon. My package took about 7 days to arrive so it took longer, but for the expertise I would definitely use them again.”

I dropped a grand on a new vacuum, a sebo based on recommendation and assurance that it would be delivered promptly, as I needed it soon and desperately. It was, but without a filter- so useless ( it blows the hair and dirt out in front of the vacuum). A filter was ordered on a Saturday, after I had expressed multiple times the need for quick delivery. I waited, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, then called to find out status. The filter wasn’t even shipped till Wednesday, and isn’t scheduled to be delivered till Friday. I regret not purchasing locally where I can just pick up what I need. I was ok with the waiting a few days for the delivery of a good vacuum. I completely understand the lack of control when the machine was shipped without a vital component and that a filter needed to be ordered. I’m not ok that the shipment of the filter was not expedited for quick delivery.”
