“I had a problem with my Rug Doctor: a hose was broken so it did not vacuum up much of the water when I was shampooing a carpet. Checked YouTube and found a fantastic video by Vacuums R Us showing how to fix the problem. Ordered the part kit from the link in the video. Received the parts a couple days later and fixed the Rug Doctor in about 15 minutes due to the clear instructions provided by the video. I have bookmarked the Vacuums R Us website and will use them again if the need arises.”
“I'm wanting to have access to a parts breakdown for a Hoover Carpet cleaner that has a seized tensioner so I can order a replacement part and fix this machine for my 88yr old woman friend whose helper turned on the new machine only to have it smoke as the belt and some misalignement or defective part caused friction to heat up the plastic roller which became 'welded' to the shoulder holding the axle! Can't seem to get any satisfaction!”
Why you would leave a negative review for a random small business you ordered from four years ago because Hoover of China does not issue repair document and you are unable to figure out how to repair a vacuum escapes us.
“I have a Shark Model UV422 vacuum that required a new lower floor hose, as the original had split. There are plenty of Shark vacuum hoses available on Amazon and eBay, but none of those places had the hose for this particular model of Shark. Those hoses were either too small in diameter or too large. The local vacuum repairman in my town said he couldn't find the part to repair my vacuum either. Fortunately, I have a son who is an aerospace engineer who sources parts everywhere for his job. Charlie assured me he could find the part I needed, and he did, on Vacuums R US. Once I had the right part, the repair went quickly and I saved my favorite vacuum was spared from the landfill.”

After watching your "How to fix a Dyson power switch" you tube video, I ordered the part from you, and I have now finished installing the part. I went back once to the video and paused it to see exactly how the replaced switch should fit into the neck of the vacuum. After that, it was time to vacuum!

I appreciate the how to videos however I cannot seem to get that bottom plate mounted properly on the Shark NV752, almost like the hose coupling protrudes too far into the area were it should pop into.
