“Long-time Valley and Peak customer here. I've always received my orders promptly, the pricing is always very competitive, if not cheaper than most, and the variety of stock is second to none. On a couple of occasions, I've contacted customer services (once for a refund and once for an exchange), and the issue has always been sorted quickly and professionally. However, I recently had to make a warranty claim against a well-known brand as my backpack ripped within a year. Jim sorted the claim out immediately and without fuss, the communication throughout the whole process was bang on and I was kept up to date with what to expect and when. And when the brand started dragging its feet with sending out the replacement, Jim stepped in and sent the replacement from V&P's own stock. Outstanding service.
This is why I've been a long-time returning customer of Valley and Peak and why I will continue to be.

“I bought a exped thunder 70ltr rucksack with a massive discount its ideal for winter or summer as it can carry heavy loads and is reasonably lightweight I couldn't be happier with it especially at around £130.delivery was prompt and I think free and I also got some skittles as a Thank-you gift. This company sells some excellent lightweight stuff including zpacks tents for around £700 sounds expensive but I bought direct from zpacks and with import taxes paid over £800 for the same tent a zpacks plex solo to be precise whish I'd known about this company before hand. Excellent company well worth a look”
