Purchased higher end backpack, some quality pegs and few other accessories.
Honestly I was not convinced on being as happy as I actually was when I bought them as online shopping can be troublesome.
Once I opened and examined the quality however I was buzzing with joy.
The packaging was very very good so knew was going to be surprised either way!

Price was in all honesty very fair and as stated the quality I was more than thankful of.
Delivery was hyper fast and very grateful as was somewhat desperate for the bag.
Returns and refunds not necessary, feel assured that would have been just as above.

To be fair, this firm is already on top of their game. V&P already offer very competitive pricing, delivery & returns etc., in contrast to their competitors. Some may say that I'm a fussy fella. But, simply put, I like to shop & spent my hard earned with businesses that I like, where I'm looked after & I enjoy the experience. You too may want to drop some of your hard earned on top quality, outdoor gear here at V&P”

I bought a product online which turned out to be too large. I was told that I could return it for the next size down. I did return, only to find out the size I wanted was out of stock. I was given all the options, to wait till the correct size came in, a refund or a credit? My choice. I chose the refund. But all through the process they kept me informed of what was happening.
