“Needed a new van immediately, with Vansdirect we didn't have to order and wait they had one in stock for immediate delivery. The whole process was easy and efficient the van was delivered to us on the day specified. Really impressed.”

“Great service again from Vans Direct, this is the second van we have bought from them & they are great company to deal with. If they say something is going to happen or someone is going to do something, it happens every time. Just wish some of our everyday suppliers was the same.”

“First spoke to mark at vansdirect in February and discussed options on buying a Ford Transit Custom, I decided to leave it a while and had no sales pressure or calls. I spoke to my local ford dealer about there scrapage scheme and they still couldn’t compete with vansdirect so purchased my van in October. Had absolutely no problems and van was delivered very quickly, absolutely Recommend👍.”

“1. Was assured by salesman that van would be with me by a certain date so I paid a deposit. Subsequently realised by speaking to another department that van would never be with me by the date promised by the salesman. 2. Depending who you spoke to I got different delivery dates even from staff within the same department. 3. When van was finally delivered it had a defect which the delivery driver would have been aware of but he failed to mention it to me. When driving the van round right hand bends or roundabouts a metal on metal grinding noise could be heard.”
