“On May 1, 2025 I placed a $208.86 that I have not yet received. I contacted the company at least 10 times by email and received back 2 responses. It’s EXTREMELY frustrating that I am not able to call and speak to anyone. (There is no number to call. Only email!!) I simply asked for a store credit, (not even my money back), and it seems like nobody understands what that means. To be fair….. I placed 2 orders through Vapesourcing and one of the orders was delivered flawlessly. So it’s either excellent service or horrible. Nothing in between. Good luck!!”

“Paid for a product and also paid for express shipping just to wait the 5 days and still my product was not shipped. Emailed them and was told it’s out of stock and that i could switch it out for a different product but then when i went back to site to pick something new they no longer have nothing that has to do with the product i ordered. Company never emailed me to let me know products was out of stock and the website showed it was in stock when i placed the order.”

“The INNOKIN products speak for themselves but this Cool Fire Z60 unit shouts perfection. The power unit (battery) shows you the wattage, the ohms, charge condition and even the number of puffs taken on a very cool screen. Safety isn’t forgotten either. In addition to the 3 click on and off there is also a master on/off switch. To top it off “all day vaping” is a modest estimate as I have not ran the battery down in one day since I started using it. I’m a moderate vaper and a couple days, maybe more, is what I’ve gotten. The Z coil Slide top atomizer is the best yet and I’ve been vaping since those little Starlight, colored plastic, learn how to take ‘em apart, wind our own coils and then throw them away because they then cracked and leaked from the get go. There has been numerous improvements thru the years on the atomizers, coil technology, etc. I love the slide top fill! So much easier than un-screwing and then screwing the fill neck back on, being careful not to cross thread it . So convenient. Unit comes with two different glass juice volume reservoirs. The replacement coils are reasonably priced and I’m still on my first one after 2 or three weeks use. I do prefer the 1.2 ohm coils over the .6 and .8 ones that came with the kit so do yourself a favor and pick up a couple packs of the 1.2. By far the best part is the air inlet and adjustment is on the top... finally absolutely NO LEAKING. One word of caution, the glass reservoirs are thin. I broke one changing the one it came with to the larger volume part. The larger tank bulges out past the width of the rest of the atomizer and battery and I think there is a good chance it would break if it falls over. I MacGyvered a stand out of a wire clothes' hanger but it would be nice if Innokin could make the tank glass a little thicker... The Juice I ordered from VapeSourcing is a 50/50 mixture of two tobacco flavors I tried from an earlier purchase. Naked American Patriot and Naked Euro Gold. I love it. One didn’t have enough of what I was looking for and the other had too much. Mixed together was just right. Around $12 for 60 ml, $11 on sale. Great Price No review would be complete without speaking for the service. Fast and courteous. Thank You VapeSourcing. MrTime”

“Excellent speed from purchase to shipping to delivery! I'm VERY pleased. I will continue to use Vape sourcing for my vape needs. My only negative comment is minimal and not that much of an issue, but the website can be a bit cumbersome to navigate. Other than that, I'm truly satisfied!”

“Great prices and always giving out a discount code if you sign up for the newsletter email. Their customer service team has no proper support etiquette so that is why I gave 4 stars. I placed a order and it didn’t go through and I had to wait about 48hours to resubmit it”

“Site navigation is a learning curve but their rewards program is great. I docked 1 star simply because it’s always takes 8-10 days to arrive and their purchases log sometimes lags making it appear as if a portion of purchase won’t be shipped.”
