“I purchased a set of front and rear polished stainless steel light covers for my VW T5 van, the front fitted and looked great, unfortunately the rear ones didn't fit, When i checked what i had orderred the picture advertised was for a barn door set unfortunately when they arrived they were actually for a tail gate van. I have e mailed to see if i could swap them, but after 4 days i have not had a reply, this is not good for the after sales department, they could at least answer my e mail,”

Hi Steven,   We’re glad to hear that you are happy with the look of the items you have received.   We have taken a look into your email and can see that you emailed an un-marketed and un-monitored email address of ours late in the afternoon on Friday the 15th.
