Hi Mr Taylor, Thank you for your review. After looking into this for you, I can see that you are still in talks with our customer service team. Unfortunately it does look like you received a short seal, please accept our apologies for this. Of course if we had been made aware we could have rectified this and sent another one out to you, however the shorter seal has been fitted and another order for seal was placed by yourself. Unfortunately as you contacted us regarding this 2 months after the item was purchased and received, we are more than entitled to investigate this through image requests etc. to come to a conclusion. The product description does state how long the item should be, and we do ask our customers to check all items within a reasonable time scale to report issues or damage. Should the item have been checked before fitting or before the purchase of the second set of seal, this could have been rectified for you. Our customer services team will be in touch shortly.
