“I ordered side bars from this company, the wrong colour bars turned up with the wrong brackets. Was forced to send photos of the error as i was not trusted to be telling the truth about the matter, costing me time and money. They then told me that it was my responsibility to pay for the return and only one company would take them due to the length of the parcel. I refused to do this and demanded that they come and pick them up which they did quite quickly and eventually apologised offering no better service after the fact. Overall not happy with the way i was spoken to and felt like i was dealing with a non professional firm in general.”

Please accept our utmost apologies that you received the incorrect bars, unfortunately sometimes mistakes do happen, however we try our ver best to help get the problem rectified as soon as possible. I have looked into this for you and the correspondence with yourself and our team. Unfortunately is it standard procedure for our company to ask our customer to send an image if an item is received damaged or incorrectly. If an item is received incorrectly or damaged, we do cover the cost of having this collected, as we did for you in this case. We do apologise that you were not happy with the service you received. “I was sold chrome inductor builds which are listed for T5 but pin configuration is not fit for purpose, called the next day and was told to call back Wednesday £4.99 was it worth the agro...probably not”

“Bought roof rails and wind deflectors for T6. All delivered quicker than expected given that they were going to ROI a week before Christmas. No issue with either item but I had a query re roof bars. Submitted it on Sunday night 22 Dec. Didn't expect a reply before Christmas but 9.15 the following morning Ollie from support was back with answers. Good items, fast delivery and excellent support team.”
