“I can't give a score as still waiting 4 my parcel .it been 10 days since I placed my order. I think royal mail to blame.”

Hello Robert, We do apologies for this. Unfortunately due to being courier dependent we can't always guarantee that orders will be delivered within the advised time frame. We have this stated in our terms and conditions 4.1 Delivery periods quoted at the time of ordering are approximate only and may vary. Goods will be delivered to the address nominated by you at the time of ordering. Time is not of the essence for delivery of any Goods under this Agreement. “No problem with the products I have purchased. What lets you down is the delivery company you use. Twice I have ordered and both times I have had the same email off them about a problem with the parcel and a delay delivering it. I am sure I am not the only one being let down.”
