Hello Stephen, I have looked into our system and can see you contacted us with regards to not receiving your order on time on the 15th of April. Our logistics team looked into this for yourself and got back to you with an answer on Monday morning. Unfortunately with our company being courier dependant we cannot guarantee that items will be delivered within two working days. This is in our terms and conditions stating the following; 4.1 Delivery periods quoted at the time of ordering are approximate only and may vary. Goods will be delivered to the address nominated by you at the time of ordering. Time is not of the essence for delivery of any Goods under this Agreement. “I’ve just bought the eyebrows for my van they were easy to put on looks amazing and were great value,it’s not the first time I’ve used Vee Dub and I’m sure it won’t be the last. Their site is easy to use and is sorted into van model categories. Quick with replying if you have an issue and postage is also quick,I’d highly recommend Vee Dub for any of your van needs.”

“The cab divider curtains I bought for my VW T5 are good quality and were half the price of one competitor. I had to cut the running track to length but when screwing it to the headlining the screws wouldn't grab because the headlining is made out of biscuit! (mine has an original sunroof and so may be a different headlining from standard models). So I cut four wooden pads to fit above the headlining for the screws to go into and the job was done. In my opinion the divider curtain is well worth the money and does the job!”

Hello, We do apologies for this. I have looked into our system and can see you had originally contacted ourselves on the 29th of March with images of the issues with your order. On the 30th of March our customer service team replied asking for the best date for a swap over to take place. A day was then confirmed and then we asked for a confirmed address. Once this was confirmed the swap over was set up to take place after the long bank holiday weekend. I can see from this that your new order should now be with yourself, if you have any issues with this order please to not hesitate to contact us by emailing support@veedubtransporters.co.uk Once again we do apologies for any inconvenience caused. “Purchased a set of Heko wind deflectors for my T6. Confused meself when fitting due to mirror surround gloss pack already on van. 1 quick phone call and a couple of emails/photos later and sorted. Brilliant response from the guy's at VeeDub transporters. As always a company I'm well happy to deal with.”

“Decent product at a decent price. Fast shipping and good communications. Only minor gripe is that my (free) sticker was too wrinkled to use when it arrived as the packaging had got a bit crushed. Didn't impact on the bits I'd paid for though so all good.”
