“This place/service was great! I used this location two times. The guy was friendly and followed all proper steps of the service. He made us show the picture of our numbers when we came to pick up our belongings. Our bags were left in the corner of the store- not in an actual locker or room but both days are stuff was there when we returned! I trust this service and had a great experience. I was able to explore NYC hassle free of luggage! Would recommend !”

“What an awesome service! I used this for the first time when wanting to store my bags near Penn Station in NY. The online reservation was a snap & the process once I dropped off my luggage took all of about 3 minutes. Same thing on the return to retrieve my luggage - quick & easy. I will definitely use this service again.”

“Peace of mind with professional and kindly attention given to an old lady with a few hours before her bus left Port Authority, NYC. Not only could I stash my two annoying heavy bags but it was all done swiftly and pick up was a breeze. Delightful to find the service and will recommend and use again. THANK YOU!!”

“I arrived in NYC a few hours before I could check in to my Air B and B. I left my bag with the staff at a neighborhood grocery store and then I was magically free to explore the neighborhood! The store staff were nice and the process was so so easy. It made my entire visit way better because I felt more oriented and comfortable in the neighborhood and got a much-needed walk after a long train ride. I’ve already told several people about Vertoe. Highly recommended.”

“Yes this location is in a Subway restaurant. But i had no issues with the check in or check out process. My belongings didn’t seem to be tampered with, and it was there for roughly 6 hours.”

“Great idea. Worked fantastically for us. Arrived in Boston in morning, but couldn’t check-in early to our Sonder apartment. Held our bags for 5 hours while we roamed the city. Worked perfectly. 👍”
