“I was thinking there would be a backstore somewhere hidden to store our luggage, but it was stored at the back of the location visible for anyone.... But people where very nice and it has been easy and convenient. 5 minutes from the Port Authority bus stop.”

“The drop off was so easy. Initially tried another company who made things way more complicated and canceled during the transaction and Vertoe was way easier. Will use again for sure.”

“Used their services for 5 days. My backpack was kept safe & not tampered with. Vertoe was a savior in a pinch. Originally, planned on using their competitor, Bounce, because their reviews were better. But, Bounce's website & app sucks. It freezed & wouldn't let me make a reservation. I was able to make a reservation on Vertoe on the 1st attempt.”

“EasyJet to reserve, excelente service and orientation but Hard to funda besarse the storage is not identify outside. Local found due to an employee from other near location after walked more than 30 minutes trying ro find lugage storage for few hours”

“Some locations are more secure than others. Sometimes it feels risky to leave bags — you come back later and a different employee is there. You say, “hey I’m picking up my bags” and they often just give them to you with no proof. So it makes me feel like anyone could have taken my bags. Other places are more secure and ask for ID and give you proper tags, asking you to show pictures of them when you pick up. Never had a problem before, and it is convenient, but needs more enforced security measures.”

“We had great service and friendly staff at Cumberland Transit here in Nashville. Very convenient! However, they did not have the tamper proof seals for us to tag our luggage with. It didn’t seem to be a problem since they actually stored our bags in a back room not open to public access. They said Vertoe hasn’t sent them a new tag supply for a long time and that’s why they didn’t have anymore left for us. Perhaps this is a process breakdown that should be addressed?”

“David made all my inconveniences worthwhile. Super close proximity to the Long Island Railroad to pop over from JFK and then onwards to Manhattan. So kind. So helpful. Such a wonderful person. The only reason I didn’t give a 5-star rating is I want to be honest about a few other things. The neighborhood is not for the wary traveler. The store front is poorly marked, the interior has a lot of room for improvement. The company that manages Vertoe (not David the awesome local guy) should make them easier to find online and the confirmation email should have the correct contact information (I let David know). Thank you David. I would have been stuck without you. You made me feel extremely comfortable with you watching my bags. Keep up the great work my friend!”

“the customer service was great responsive pleasant and efficient. the team at the front desk was very friendly but didn't work according to the guidelines in the confirmation email so we didn't get any approval badge for the suitcases. so it felt a little bit not professional, but other than that all was great thanks”

“The service was quick and easy, though I wish it was more clear that I was leaving my bags at a coffee shop and not at a storage facility. The people at the coffee shop were beyond kind, and I was so gracious for them. However, they had zip-ties that were clearly meant to seal my bag at the zipper to ensure that nobody could get in, but they attached them on the handle of my luggage which made no sense. The website being user friendly and the kindness of the employees at the coffee shop made this a 4/5 rather than a 3/5.”

“Such a great idea. Leave you luggage safely and enjoy the sights without dragging your bags around prior to checking or after checkout times. We used the service for the 4.5hrs before our return flight. Easy to navigate the website. The only negative was not being given the actual address of the location until after booking confirmation. Would definitely use again.”
