“Do not use your hard earned money to buy anything, Very has charged me double interest for a item that was paid. They are also adding interest on top of the interest they have charged me. If you do not want to be ripped off do not use this company. They are really unhelpful, and they have still not provided me with a update for my complaint which I issued two weeks ago”

“I ordered a kids swing on the 5th April for an Easter present for my niece. I phoned numerous of times and they couldn’t trace my order even though they had taken my money and I had an order number, they just referred me to make a complaint online. Which I did, and they said to ring customer services so going around in circles. Finally after 8 weeks I got an email to say it’s on its way, today I got an email to say they are refunding me my money as product still not been delivered. Dreadful customer service. They had my money for 8 weeks and now are refunding back to me. It was a Easter present, which is very embarrassing as I kept telling apparently it’s on its way. Shocking service. A very unhappy customer.”

“‘Very ‘ online scammers ,avoid at all costs .Report them to the FCA This company runs an online scam ,where they take money ,and then decline orders after taking money,as they don’t have stock ,and use customers money to trade and gain interest on them ,and may or may not return them. Avoid at all cost.They are an online scam.If you had a similar problem ,contact me ,and I will take it further ,as this scam needs to end. My story is I bought few things for my new baby ,paid in full ,money taken from my account ,then they declined my purchase after taking my money . Called them ,they advised to lock my account and set up a new one.And they said they will refund the money. I opened a new account today ,bought the same things,paid in full ,money left my account ,only to find my purchase declined after money taken again. I called them again ,and customer service team were not helpful. Spoke to my bank.Reported fraud,and they will investigate it.Will update you on the outcome.”

“Very are the worst of the worst! Even now in the middle of a CORONA EPIDEMIC they are still being Jackals about there money. Disgusted. In a time people need to come together! BOYCOTT VERY AT ALL COSTS. Save yourself the heartache, headache and every other problem they come with. Never have I ever had a successful purchase from Very that didnt result in messing around. Their phone line is a DISGRACE! It takes 10 minutes to get through all the questions AND if you cant find what your looking for and just ask for help. THE HELP ISNT PROVIDED. I had to go to a section from the automated list that I wasnt looking for just because it wouldn't put me through to an operator. Appalled and Disgusted in Every Aspect of my Experience with Very. STAY AWAY.”

“Didn’t receive the goods, I had to contact the courier to find out they had asked very for further details which never materialised. By the time I sorted the details with the courier the goods had perished. I Tried unsuccessfully to contact Very. Their customer service is absolutely rubbish, but they did ask me to write a review, when I did they couldn’t publish it. No one from Very has had the decency to get in touch with me. My advice is stay away from Very!”

“I should have read the reviews before I even download their app. A friend recommended it to me so I applied once for credit and I did get it. Order after few months of having an account with them. Got back a call saying that they cannot offer credit and they need to cancel the one they already gave me. I deleted it but few days I decided to give it another go. So I applied again for credit few days ago. They even game me more than last time. I placed an order this morning only to get a phone call in the afternoon saying they need to cancel my order and my credit. It’s just ridiculous and a waste of time. Will not recommend to anyone and I will not even bother ever again.”

“Paid my account on 31/3/20, phoned to direct payment for my bnpl for April and spent 55 minutes on the phone (I understand about the reduced staff levels due to coravirus) after 55 minutes they cut me off, phoned straight back and spent a further 30 minutes before I gave up. If I don't direct the payment to my bnpl I will be charged interest. Why can't you set this up on my account app.”

“Very have become a nightmare company to deal with. They have moved their customer service abroad so no online dealings. I have an item put on my account that I have not received - delivery says it was signed for? yet I can update - I will need to call in wait in some queue to then explain to a non English person what I am talking about which becomes very drawn out and painful. I don't know why they saw fit to do that. It has put a dampner on the whole experience - previous item arrived broken - it happens - I understand that but again I was subjected to a long queue and then an extra long conversation to sort the problem out. I am not knocking the assistant. They were trying to be very helpful but the whole experience was painful and my account now in dispute status”

“Wanted to purchase a Logitech Pro X… Wanted to purchase a Logitech Pro X from them, charged me twice, changed the product to a Logitech g512, no wais to contact them only through Facebook page and even that was poor and took days to answer. Refused to help me or cancel my order even if I asked for a cancellation within the stated hour, now I have to wait for the package to arrive so I can send it back. NEVER AGAIN, STAY AWAY”
