ordered an oven last week and paid in full , it was due to be delivered yesterday but never came, after ringing the delivery company they said they haven't even got an oven for this address. 5 hours on the phone to very and was told the wagon must of broke down, your item was out of stock and then the third person promised it had been sent to the delivery company. now a day and several emails and phone calls both very and the delivery company have failed to solve anything. poor english speaking staff and over an hour on hold i will NEVER order from here again

Awful company!! Ordered 2 dolls houses for my children to arrive following day. Never came. Rang and was told that I had received them. I hadn't! 4 weeks later and 11 phone calls with different poor English speaking call agents I have been issued a refund but that was 5 days ago and still not showing in bank! Paid for items upfront and will be avoiding very like the plague!!! Shocking customer service would never ever use again please do. It order from very!!!

Wish I had read reviews first. I can confirm they are an awful company.....PLEASE DON'T USE THEM...... or you will regret it. Waited in all day for a special signed for delivery made 5 telephone calls left hanging on for 20 minutes each time when I got through.... told it wouldn't be coming till tomorrow..... told them I will be out.... said they would leave it with a neighbour next door.........I don't have neighbours, live remote hence buying online....... They are PATHETIC.......... Told them to cancel......... told to ring again tomorrow........SHOCKING until I read their call charges.......THEY ARE CORRUPT VILLAINS. DON'T BUY FROM THEM

My partner ordered some ghds and was supposed to receive a free ghd advanced split end therapy bauble and all she got was the straighteners and when we phoned them up they said ull have to pay the £15 for them now then we will refund it people the are conning you you its happend to another friend of mine and guess what she only got the straightners aswel will not be using use ever again

Purchased Timberland Boots selected size 12. Received size 12.5 late Searched Timberland store and realized they do not sell the boots in 11 or 12 they only sell half sizes. Major fault if selling products and do not know the correct sizes of the brand!

Terrible customer service and delivery service! Had the phone put down on me 3 times and would not let me speak to the manager of the department! Delivery did not turn up on the day and now having to wait another 4 days! Will not be using very again

Couldnt speak to a manager after the customer service kept hanging up on me. Spoke to Melody who refused to help me and said that no manager was available and she didn't know when they would be.

since the end of june being of july this year iv had problems returning ghds to very. todate i have made 12 phone calls to very, after being hangup twice today on the phone to very i eventuly spoke to a young lady called thuli who has been very helpfull and hopefully will have my problem solved in the next 14 days.

If you're thinking of buying from Very, think again!! I'm just sorry that I had to give them 1 star as 'Very Poor' doesn't begin to explain the awful service I have had. Absolutely disgusted by the way they treat their customers, the worst service I have ever had. I will NEVER EVER shop with Very again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

don't order from them disgusting customer service offered credit and then declined the order when tried to buy the stuff by paying in full still declined my order and now I have to wait for my refund which will take 7 working days. total rip off.

A regretted online shopping experience with shocking service, a poor website, false advertising and very rude customer service with responses that make you feel incapable of online shopping. Many of the exact same items can be found at a cheaper price on other websites and they are more likely to value your custom. I wish I had read the reviews before I shopped here. This company needs to be avoided.

Order didn't arrive at collection point. Endless phone calls,on line chats to be told parcel is being returned to Very. I should be refunded in 10 days! Not good enough.

Ordered 2 wardrobes, none of them arrived on the day they was meant to, then I got told one was out of stock but then the next day was told they were both on the van to be delivered the next day, then only one arrived called them back to be told wardrobe was cancelled an they would refund money same day for it not to happen to then be told up to 48 hours. Every time I called I was told different information. Would not recommend this company to anyone and will never use them again

We ordered bed from Very, little did we know on ordering that the Bed was end of range. It came and had parts missing, we reported it and very gave us 20% off. Now however the beds headboard is faulty and the gas lift section of the bed sticks. Again reported it. But because we accepted 20% off for two missing slats. Very are trying to claim we now have no statutory rights... I will take this further... Bed not even 6months old... DO NOT USE THESE ROBBING CRIMINALS!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced! Advisors are rude and extremely unhelpful! Wish I never bothered with an account with Very... don't bother shopping with them if your thinking about it, seriously not worth the hassle if you (heaven forbid) need to speak with them over the phone.

Everything in the book I'm no fusser but the minute i put my order in with very it is a nightmare 3 months.The customer service don't have any decency on returning valls or emails & when you go on very contact us page it doesn't even let you email the complaint.I only made a mistake ordering a vacuum & it cost me over £60 in phone bills. appalled never will make a mistake with this company ever again.

I forgot to pay off a pair of boss trainers before the interest period ran out and thought oh well i dont mind paying them off monthly but what they dont tell you is that the mininum payment is just the interest so on a £135 debt they will charge you £20 a month they dont make it easy to see your account details or the interest you are paying . I wont buy from them again

I have been a customer with Very for a few years now. I have always paid on time. However I was absolutely astonished and upset that my latest statement, despite my paying well before the due date/cut off date for my BNPL (buy now pay later) items, I have been charged £42.interest. The previous statement clearly shows the payments made against the particular BNPL AND ALSO STATES BECAUSE I HAD PAID FOR EACH ITEM...ZERO INTEREST WOULD BE CHARGED!!! Yet Very have charged me interest and to top that, they have charged me a late payment fee of £12 yet I have paid!! Last night (2/11/16) I tried three times to rectify this matter with the most ignorant and rude customer service representative I have EVER had the misfortune of speaking to and they were in SA.. They thought is was a joke to leave me holding on the telephone whilst they supposedly credited this money back to my account. They were laughing amongst themselves then cut me off after 12 minutes, 14 minutes and then 20 minutes. Three phone calls and three times they cut me off. I have also sent three emails, still no reply. I haven't had my money refunded. No surprise there hey?? It's absolutely appalling that these thieving scum are blatantly getting away with this disgusting behaviour!! There appear to be hundreds of people experiencing the same or very similar problems. Something must be done about this but how?

I wish I had read all the reviews for Very, I would never have opened an account with them, I thought they would be a reputable company! I ordered a pair of Ugg sandles for the summer I thought because I'd paid at lot for them they would last, the first time I wore them all the side studs came out the came away and I had a painful fall. The shoes had to be sent back, I phoned customer services who I explained I had no returns label the woman on the end of the phone said send them back get a proof of postage and they would refund me for postage, well my parcel went missing so after about 20 emails they asked me to write to The Department of excellence so I did but I sent it signed for post because I don't trust them, I couldn't believe that after not hearing from them I emailed them and there reply ?....the department of excellence has not received my letter! ...... Seems very dodgy to me
