“Archaic, innefective, untimely inefficient customer services. Takes fatmr too long to receive a reply to your online customer services form. Thought premium customer services numbers were confined to the last century.....abviously not. It's taken two months but I've finally managed to have my account closed.....good riddance.”

“TERRIBLE customer service provided from start to finish. I have been trying to close my account down with this company - now on week 4 and having no luck! This is apparently down to the fact they owe me £4.20,,,,, and it takes them up to 8 week's to get payment to me!!!!! I would highly recommend that you avoid this company!!!!”

“Where do I start with Very, it started when we were looking to purchase a new sofa, found a brilliant deal on very ordered on the 18th April delivery date given was before the 29th which we thought was perfect so come the 29th nothing no contact from very or the delivery company arrow xl after calling arrow xl they advise that they had a fire in one of there warehouses, and that they informed very to contact and customers and let the, know that there would be delays but nothing off very. We finally go a delivery date of the 6th may confirmed text the day before with a time slot, so we got rid of our old sofas (which proved to be a massive mistake) On the 6th may after booking time off work to wait in for our delivery nothing arrived or no contact from very or arrow xl, I then had to do all the calling round after finally get through to arrow xl they informed me that they couldn't find our sofas in the loading bay now this continued on 2 further occasions 15th May and then the 8th June and the same issue again arrow could not find our sofas in the loading area, at this point we contact Very to complain they did not seem bothered that we had been without anything to sit on since the 6th may, they did advise that they would cancel this order and re-order the same sofas but the price had gone up over £400 more they advise not to worry and once the order had gone through that would discount the diffrence, sofas finally arrived but now we have contact Very 4 times each call lasting over 40 minutes and still not had the diffrence back! I would recommend no one to use this absolute joke of a company customer services are a complete waste of time and very difficult to understand! DO NOT USE VERY !!!!!!!!”

“I purchased a hotpoint cooker from Very after 4 months of use the oven glass exploded? Very are taking NO responsibility and i still have this faulty cooker in my kitchen that they can not collect until 6th July. 10 days after this cooker glass EXPLODED. They are also not replacing this cooker that i paid £420 for! How can this be fair? I will be contacting the consumer rights act as this is absolutely disgusting that i have been treated like this and still left in danger. I will NEVER purchase from very again and id advise you no too either if this is how they treat their customer!”

“'Very' awful! Holy hell, you'd have more luck asking a three year old to cure cancer than you would getting an intelligible response from these morons. Want to return an item? Good luck! You'll be put on hold for 20minutes, transferred to a dozen people, laughed at, and when someone does answer you can expect to be hung up on. Apparently consumer rights are as foreign as the call centre to this company. I wonder how quickly they'll want my attention when I refuse payment.”

“Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered two wardrobes - they sent text it would arrive Saturday 7-9am so I woke up early to wait for it. Got phonecall at 8:54am to say order not ready. Then after complaining, the lady on phone said she would personally contact me on daily basis to let me know progress of delivery. Never heard from her over a week. Asked to cancel and was told to do it online. Wasn't able to as their system showed it as past days due from their original date of delivery. Contacted them on Facebook. Made rubbish excuses up all day long to say my request in queue. Still haven't cancelled it after a whole blooming day. Never using again.”

“Waited in all day for a delivery and still waiting from arrow xl, tyres ring 22 times and still didn't get through . Tried to get through to very customer care and still no joy. Very bad service I have cancelled my account. I would never use the this service again and I strongly recommend you all do the same.”
