“Absolutely hopeless their call centres leave you holding on the line and then hang up. I had to make 3 calls and then was told that an order which I had a delivery date for had been cancelled without any notification. Do not use this company they do not know meaning of customer service.”

“Easy to order, put on account with 6 months to pay, great for the more expensive products so I can spread the cost interest free. Also pick up items from my local news agent, so convenient”

“Absolutely appalling company! Six weeks on and still haven't received my parcel. Was told on delivery tracker it had arrived at my address and Very are still no nearer to telling me where it is or offering me a refund. They tell you they'll respond within 24 hours but your usually looking at 7-10 days. Certainly won't be ordering from these again! I've never had trouble with any other company who have misplaced a package, these things happen and an explanation should be offered along with a refund or replacement.”

“If you want furniture do NOT order from Very. We've just received a bed with damage to all of the corner parts, on top of this when we called they told us we would have to wait 7-10 days for a replacement despite the fact we have no bed for our daughter. When we asked to make a complaint or speak to a manager we were told that was not an option and that someone would call us back in order to deal with our issue. Now we have no bed, no idea what is going on and not even an apology. I'll never use Very again after this issue, worst customer service I've ever had.”

“Really poor customer service, after receiving a message that the arranged delivery - for which I had taken the day off - would not happen we contacted Very, the agent was unable to comprehend our problem or displeasure. The supervisor refused to take over the case, and eventually the agent offered a £10 discount. This is the very last time I purchase from very!”

“Very sent out 3 appliances all of which were damaged I complained for an exchange under 12 month warranty guarantee all seemed well at first....! until I noticed Very had charged my account without my notice or consent for each subsequent exchange causing interest charges & unpaid fee costs without asking or informing me they charged the account twice on exchange repair/replace guarantee for an appliance which was fully paid for. The people at Very were so condescending, telling lies & being very underhand in bullying you for payment of money making out it was all your fault considering a receipt on the statement shows you fully paid for the appliance outright the Very people with `scouse` accents were the worst kind being extremely bullying towards a polite customer trying to complain with good cause paying for damaged goods which Very will not take reasonable action for blaming a well known supplier for the damages. All damages were reported in the 1st instance certified by the delivery agents. Very pass the buck at every available opportunity especially the ones with the `scouse` accents. They constantly hound you & make every excuse possible to lay blame elsewhere. In consumer Law The point of sale is where you deal with goods/returns/damages as the point of sale or supplier took the money. Shoppers of Britain please please please.......this is my experience `You have been warned`STAY WELL AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE` they are an absolute disgrace. This has been ongoing for over 3 months & counting.... charges are still being added to an account which was fully cleared & we still have damaged & faulty goods.”

“AVOID at all costs! I wish I had read these comments before I buy from them. Very is a fraud. very bad customer service. I have been charged 60 more for something thats not my fault!”

“Tired to buy something and directed me to a credit card application, eventually got trough to the payment section but it kept crashing. Their deliverer expect people to wait in all day for them (7am to 8pm), do not provide a time slot. Stick with Amazon”
