Poor customer service. Over priced products, their interest is sky high. You are better off getting/using a credit card than buying anything from them.

Initially, I cancelled my order 4 hours after placing it. I then still received a despatch email and after calling the advisors they told me that I "abandoned" the cancellation? Not sure how this is possible. I called and the advisor told me that he had managed to cancel the order and that it would not be arriving on my doorstep. However, the next day I got yet another despatch email from royal mail which means that the advisor had not actually done anything. Once again, I called to cancel and, once again, the advisor assured me that it would not be arriving. Regardless of the hours I spent on the phone, the package still arrived. Which then led me to call again and I was told they would organise a pick up on Saturday 3rd of March. They never came. I called again and this time they said I would have to wait for another pick up which likely wouldn't happen due to the size of the product and that, after being told I would not have to go out of my time, I would have to organise the return. I have a busy schedule hence why I requested the item to initially be picked up, however, the collectors never arrived and the reason I was given was that "it was too small to pick up" but surely this must have been known before they organised it and told me that it would be picked up. Throughout this whole process, I was assured I would not be charged, however, I recently received a letter stating how much I had to pay. Which could potentially damage my credit score. Also, throughout my very stressful conversations with the staff, I requested to speak to a manager multiple times. These are the responses I got back: - We don't have one - They are busy - They will call you back in half an hour - They never called me back. - The issue doesn't justify escalation THEY NEVER CALL BACK, please don't fall for this trick if you are already speaking to them, they just want to get rid of you. Due to this, I requested to be sent all the call recordings between the two numbers I have called Very from which I never got. I then received a call stating that I would have to pay £10 pounds to get them?!?! Beyond the fact that this is a desperate money grab, IT IS ILLEGAL under the Data Protection Act as my request was a subject access request (meaning I was asking for information collected about my self)... Still trying to sort this out. Even after I returned my item and they confirmed they got it back, I still got emails saying I owe them money. Please stay away from these people. They are scammers and liars.

Terrible customer service. Want to close my account as so fed up not being able to resolve my issue. Very will not close my account as they say I owe £12.99 but I haven't ordered anything!

Guys, never get involved with the credit service they offering. It sounds amazing at first, "buy and pay later" but its just a way how to drag you in. Of course i have no one else to blame, but myself for starting shopping with them, but i would suggest anyone to stay away. Interest rate is horrible and you end up overpaying for the bought items. Calling them is really no point, they dont care if you have trouble paying the bills, even if you try to arrange with them something, they are not helpful at all. As i said, my own fault, just advising everyone just go and buy products somewhere else.

After using this service i had severe fraud against my name. i had orders coming coming up on my name i never made. Nothing wrong with your service but i think there is plenty of in house fraud going on with your staff. Despite being innocent it took me about 8 years to clear my name with no help from your company, all you actually did was refer me to the debt collectors. I would never very use you again or recommend you.

I have tried on many occasions to contact them in regards to faulty product. There is a real bad interference on the line , you cannot hear the advisor so terminate the call .i found out there call center is in South Africa, that would explain the poor connection. They do not respond to emails either I will no longer be giving very my custom.

In the first instance I found all the customer service staff are so difficult to understand.. Have since learnt they are overseas - what a surprise!! I have now just received my telephone bill and found that I have a £17 bill as I connected to a premium rate which was never explained to me. ..didn't even recognise the number. It certainly wasn't one I dialled. Thinking of giving this to telephone programme Watchdog

What has happened to this company it seems to have completely gone down hill. VERTUALLY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT IS IF YOU CAN GET THROUGH to speak to someone without being cut off. Daughter ordered BEDROOM furniture had delivery day, cleared old furniture out, didn't arrive , phoned up not coming, out of stock. HOWEVER YOU CAN STILL ORDER SAID ITEM. Should be reported to Trading Standards.

Tried to get through to Customer Services 6 times today - 5 times advisers phone rang once and then went dead on the 6th attempt I finally got through on a very bad line to a lady but she was difficult to understand and them the line went dead!! It is impossible to get through to this company - I have now resorted to email but am not holding my breath, Will never use this company again

Ordered some items off the website. Although I do have a very account in my own name I prefer to just pay straight away so ordered and paid in my husbands name. Instead of sending me size 12 jeans I received a size 20 top!! Called up and was told to return the item and they would send the replacement out to me on next day delivery. I returned the top but the jeans never turned up. When I called to chase them up I was advised that as they were ordered in my husbands name they couldn't speak to me even though they had done previously(conveniently there was no note of this conversation) I asked that they then cancel my Very account aswell as I didn't want to deal with such an incompetent company. I have now been informed that although they wouldn't speak to me because the order was placed on my husbands details they've put the refund onto my Very account which is now closed!!!! Would never deal with these again im now money down and still haven't received the item. Shame I couldn't have given no stars!!

Went to order a £400 bed, found a voucher code online but had to ring the company as it didn’t work. They agreed it was valid and after 28 mins he transferred me to someone else. For the next 40 mins I was met with nothing but rudeness. He said For it to work I would have to spend the £400 then when I have received the bed to ring them I would get my 20% back. I said where’s the guarantee and he said ohh I 100% give you my word. Oh well that’s ok then. He then said it’s only valid until 26jan 2018, which we haven’t even got to then. Basically the whole 1 hour and 9 min phone call was a joke. I sent an email complaining they don’t even have the decency to reply. Avoid this company and buy your products from a reputable company. These are con artists. Am so glad now I didn’t order the bed and I had this experience as imagine what would have happened if I had brought it and ever had a problem. It is a shame as they sell good products it it’s deffo not worth the risk!!!

Ordered a fridge freezer on 30th December it arrived damaged split to bottom of freezer section with drawer also cracked. Rang customer service which was shocking spoke to an Asian lady and explained, I desperately needed a fridge/freezer for a replacement however was told I would have to purchase item again before being refunded cost of original item As they could not simply collect damaged item and replace on same day. However they were capable to collect my old fridge for a fee and deliver damaged fridge on same day... I asked the Asian lady what if I do not have funds to purchase item again and was simply told I would have to wait until 12th January for them to collect damaged fridge and then I would have to wait for funds to be placed back on my card then re-purchase and await another delivery date and possibly risk having another damaged item being sent . Not very happy with this company I found them extremely rude and they even had the cheek to say "anything else I can help you with" at the end of conversation as if they had helped me ...... Very very angry and was unable to give a detailed review on there website as there was restrictions surprisingly based around customer service etc . Think twice before you use this company.

This company needs to learn the definition of customer service. This has been my worst online ordering experience I have ever encountered. A shocking company, with a ridiculous excuse for a customer service team. I am absolutely sick of having to deal with them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

didn't deliver on time, paid for next day delivery but took 3 weeks for the wrong items. Helpline is useless as it keeps cutting out once you get an advisor

called 11 times to complain ( after once i should have learned i wasnt going to get any where) was hung up on many times lines were breaking up, and not very good understanding English. Very need to move there business to there call center so there customers will be able to understand there call centers. This is just another company that cuts costs with VERY poor service
