This review only refers to this recent order I made, as in the past the service has been efficient. I have 2 cats both on special diets and I need to make sure that I always have a supply of their foods in the house. At the end of December I ordered 2 items, one for each cat, and normally delivery is within 2-3 days, which was fine as I had a week's worth of food left. The order took 8 Days to reach me! I rang twice as we were having to ration what we were giving the cats because the food was getting so low and discovered that despite making our order at the end of December the orders were not picked up by the couriers until 5 days later, and then it took delivery company another 3 days to bring my order, by which time I was having to give the cats chicken and fish from the freezer, which is not ideal at least for one of the cats who has a urine problem, and I worried that he might get ill and collapse without his special food. This is the first time that the order had been so badly handled (mostly by the delivery firm I hasten to add) but I now feel concerned about being without food and have researched alternative suppliers just in case the problem arises again. It would be good to learn that you might consider a change of delivery firm as I have had no problems with this before.

Your delivery included an invoice which wrote all the private information including address, telephone no and email address. If someone opened the box by mistake or intentionally, your clients' private information leaks. I think you should be more concerned about the confidentiality of the private information. As for me, as i have a vicious neighbour from hell, i will not placing the order with you until you have changed your delivery practice as above. kind regards

Placed an order for wet and dry dog food. As order was around £150 I was eligible for free delivery, but because I wanted the food quickly I opted for the 3-5 day delivery time and paid separately for this. Items were in stock but only the wet food arrived in time. Had to chase your company for the remaining items which arrived 12 days after order placed. was offered a credit refund of postage for next order but not impressed with delivery delays.

ITEM FAULTY EMAILED A FEW TIMES GOT NO REPLY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WILL NEVER BUY FROM SITE AGAIN.

Hello I received an e-mail asking me to respond a while ago but I held back because I had doubts about the product. To break the feedback down into 2 parts - product and service. The serviceyou offered was great, I spoke to someone on the phone as I was concerned that the product wasn't working and she was really helpful, offered lots of advice but suggested that the product probably wouldn't have worked for the problem (cat lice) so this was a bit disappointing ads I had spent £36 for nothing. Anyway excellent service would definately shop here again Product, frontline. Didn't work. I ordered enough to treat my 3 cats 3 times, which would equate to monthly as suggested (I don't do this so regularly with any of my animals as I think this is over-medicating them). However, while the product said it treated lice biting insects and they would be dead within 24 hours, there were still living ones on one of my cats after 24 hours from treatment. I then made the decision to treat the cat again with another frontline a day or two later and there were still one or two living lice after 24 hours. I was annoyed as the product was advertised for killing lice. It has been suggested that advocate would have been better but the product is on prescription and it doesn't actually say that it will kill lice. I considered asking for my money back on this product either with yourselves or frontline directly.

Order placed on Tues 20 January. Phoned on Tuesday 27 Jan as order had not arrived. No tracking of order was available. Could not speak to anyone so left a message for someone to check the status of the order. Did not receive a phone call back. Order arrived later that afternoon. To date, nobody returned the call. Disappointing that the order took 1 full to arrive and that nobody returned the call.

The item that I ordered was the Daily C however I was sent the hay based vitamin C. I was not informed that I was being sent an alternative or received any updates that the product I ordered was not in stock. I had made contact on line via the website to advise of this however had no reply.

Always had good service in the past until now,ordered an item and when it arrive was different from what was shown on the web site, when I phoned to sort out a replacement I spoke to a girl who was quite rude and unhelpful and was only interested in having the item returned and insisted that she will only replace our order when she receives the other one back and was quite rude so I asked to speak to her manager who after quite a long wait came on the phone and just said one word STEVE without even a hello or can I help you so I explained what had happened and he said someone would call us to let us know about a collection and in the meantime would send a replacement that day, no one called So I phoned today as I had not received a replacement to be told that it had not been dispatched yet but would go out today so I hope it has as customers should not be lied to or treated in a rude manner as they have a choice to go elsewhere

I have already sent feedback but you seem not to have noticed. You took a long while to process and send my order which was not impressive. And since then you've plagued me with special offers. I respond less to offers and more to good service.

I was disappointed that my delivery took over a week to reach me. In this day and age we come to expect that having placed an order it will be with you within a shorter time span. As a result I was panicking that my dogs would have run out of food. As it was I just scrambled together enough for one meal before the order arrived. I telephoned your office to enquire about when my order would be delivered and was given a lame excuse about delivery times. I may well use another supplier in future.

I ordered my dog's food from you and paid for a 3-5 day delivery, however it was not delivered as planned until the following week in which time I had to purchase some food from another supplier as I had run out.

Well! You didn't do very well at all. You had my order sitting on your books for at least two weeks. I had to prompt a response to my order. No explanation unt I offered you one ie you blamed the supplier. I gave since moved my regular order to a different supplier.

If, on the odd occasion a delivery is going to be longer than anticipated, perhaps some sort of compensation should be considered? A 10% off next purchase etc etc. My last order was late in coming from Vet Meds, I therefore had no alternative but to purchase my pets food from the local vet (the only place that stocks it) to tide me over until my order finally arrived.

I was very unhappy with my service. I cancelled my order because they had problems with their delivery company not delivering for over a week and then not being able to locate my package of cat food. It then took another 2 weeks to get a refund following an ignored email to the CEO, ignored requests for the CEO to call me back, before eventually a very nice lady finally sorted my refund out when I called AGAIN to complain. I'd initially been told when I cancelled (due to it taking so long & needing the food for my cat urgently) that I had to wait for it to return to the depot before I could have a refund - I obviously wasn't happy that I had to wait when it was their issue with the distribution company, not mine. Things happen with distribution companies around Christmas time and so I didn't have a major issue with that - it was just unfortunate, but to then not be instantly refunded & to have my requests to address this issue ignored... this is what I feel was bad service.

They would not accept my vets invoice as a prescripion proof that Bess for prescribed the ointment !
