“I was informed the product I had purchased was out of stock after payment. Also, the product is 99.9% effective on germs, not virus as your ad claimed. Very disappointed.”

“Website is user friendly and I got the prompt confirmation email. However, when I ask for the delivery arrangement (what time?) by email there are no response, so that I need to spend a whole day to wait for the delivery.”
