“Delivery ahead of expected schedule however this time two boxes (12 prepackaged pouches per box) were not sealed. Some of the saucy chunks of meat were meshed inside. Slightly questionable and bit disappointed”

“I want to cancel my recurring purchase of 12 canned dog food!! Since I set up the recurring order bi-monthly but I received the cans monthly without any discount or use my bonus points! At present, I do have 24 cans of dog food at home! I tried to contact your serving team to cancel but in vain! Pls cancel the order wef Sep 2022!!”

“Website is user friendly and I got the prompt confirmation email. However, when I ask for the delivery arrangement (what time?) by email there are no response, so that I need to spend a whole day to wait for the delivery.”
