"Title: Awful experience \u2013 denied tour, rude staff, no refund, and double charged!\r\n\r\nI booked the \u201cEdinburgh: Glenfinnan Viaduct, Glencoe and Fort William Tour\u201d for May 22 via Viator. We were denied entry on the day of the tour because we had our 6-month-old baby \u2014 something not clearly mentioned anywhere during the booking process.\r\n\r\nWe tried contacting the operator before the tour, messaged them, got no reply. On the day, they were rude, refused any refund, no credit, no alternative, and simply sent us away.\r\n\r\nNow to make matters worse, we just found out that Viator charged us TWICE for this booking \u2014 that\u2019s over \u00a3230 gone with no service provided.\r\n\r\nWe are beyond disappointed. This was supposed to be part of our holiday and it turned into stress. Viator completely failed us \u2014 no communication, no empathy, no responsibility. Not recommended at all."

"bought 6 tickets to venice of america cruise. turns out they have 2 cruise operators using the same name. went to the one i thought i bought based on gps and wonderful reviews on the internet and low and behold there is a huge sign saying \"venice of america\" cruise our 31st year. but guess what ! i got booked on riverfront cruise using the name venice of america. the operator told me that they are using the name and scamming people .my 5 guests and i purchased tickets and had a great time but viator wont refund our money. they should be responsible for vetting the vendors on their platform\r\nnever again!!!!!!"

"Nothing went right. The tour guides were shady and do not respond to your messages or calls. Do not EVER use Viator for anything. They won\u2019t reschedule your event and will try to rectify the issue two days later. Their customer response team will message you on WhatsApp with ignorant suggestions, bad grammar, and a lot of \u201cper policy\u201d answers. Complete waste of time and energy and I will never use them again until I get a refund. It\u2019s pretty simple actually but they do not want to make things right to retain a valuable customer. I wish I couldn\u2019t give them any stars."
