“Worst company to deal with ever! After 3 weeks and no package I emailed them about canceling my order as I had not received any shipping info. They emailed me back and said it had shipped and couldn’t cancel with tracking info that said it shipped that day. It’s been another 3 weeks and nothing!!!”
“NEVER order from this organization. Received a sweater that poorly resembles the item on the website. Was told that to return it would be very expensive and It was suggested I keep it and give it as a gift. Are you kidding me? I would be embarrassed to give this away and hesitate to return it as it will then be sold to some other poor person. Again requested to return it and was told it “wasn’t worthy”? and offered a discount on another item? Seriously? Am working with my credit card for a refund since they are not giving me information necessary to return. BEWARE!”

“Placed an order on 11/9/19 and as of 12/15/19 I have still not received it (nor any real information about where it is or when to expect it). After 2 inquiries I was eventually informed it is "stuck in customs" but as I am moving to a different state in 1 week, I will not be here to receive the item IF it ever gets here. I informed the vendor of this and requested a cancellation via email but received no response. There was nothing on their website that indicated shipments come from China, but they do. The tracking info provided tracks the item within China but not beyond. I finally submitted a charge dispute to my credit card company and it is in progress.”
“Terrible!!! I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and after two weeks sent an email. I did get a response and I asked to have them canceled. They magically couldn’t because they’d shipped already. Then sent a Chinese tracking number, which I cannot read. I’m sure I’ll never see them! It’s been over a month now.”
“I should have known better...and checked this site before ordering 2 pairs of shoes. Have repeatedly sent emails and have received no response even though they claim to respond in 24 hours.
Have started the refund process with PayPal with the hopes that they will put them on some type of master list that will flag them.
This company is a TOTAL SHAM. Not Happy!”

“It’s a scam. Ordered merchandise. Can’t get an answer or a refund. Went to bank to maybe get it settled. No phone number for them and they won’t answer an email. They will say it’s on the way but no tracking number. Shame they still have a website”
“A 0 star option should be available. I placed my order on 11/11 and they took the money out on 11/12. I gave them almost 10 days before I started questioning about my order. I have yet to hear back. I think this site looks to be a total scam. It’s sad how this is the world we live in, ripping off others.”

“I ordered a pair of shoes on Nov 9th and have heard nothing since the original order confirmation. According to my bank statement, they took the funds out on November 12. I’ve tried emailing them 3 times but still no response, even though website says they will respond within 24 hours. Suspicious.”
