“I am just reviewing customer service which was exemplary. My item got lost in the post - Royal Mail did receive it at my local sorting office but then it went AWOL. I let Victoria Health know just in case RM were a bit tardy and a replacement was dispatched the same day. Very impressed by this customer service so would definitely use this company again.”

Whenever I telephone I get personal attention from one of your lovely staff and whatever my query is, is dealt with immediately with great efficiency.
