Terrible customer service. My order was due 2 weeks ago, have emailed they 3 times and no response. Checked my account online and my order status is "delivered" which is completely false. I see that a lot of people are having the same problem. This is my first time I have ever dealt with a company like this. Will never use them again.

No contact back from Viking direct. I sent emails, Facebook messages and no reply about why I was charged twice and when they will refund the fraudulent charge on my account!! Also no sign of the missing order...... total joke of a company!!!! 😡😡😡

Placed an order for printer paper and ink cartridges on the 29th March. So far I have only been sent the paper, but that is useless without the print. Interestingly, my items were also advertised as 'in stock' when I placed my order, my account is now showing that my order is complete, despite me having an email acknowledging my original purchase. Nobody bothers to return your emails and automated telephone service is a real money maker as you have to listen for ages before being informed that nobody can actually take your call. Avoid this company as it couldn't care less.

Can I say thank you, As a family of four unable to get toilet rolls as unable to get anywhere apart from the two roll packs. Which obviously doesn't last and the local shop allows one pack per customer. My supermarket delivery shop is always unavailable which I find out on the day its to be delivered. Thank you viking I ordered yesterday 6th and just received today 7th. Thank you so much.

Do not buy from Viking!!!!! Ordered a desk chair a week ago, wasn't sure if I should with deliveries being affected by covid-19 for lots of companies but as viking are advertising home office furniture as part of a covid-19 marketing thing on their website etc I thought they were operating at a reasonable capacity otherwise surely they'd say? Well the chair was so that I could work at home at my desk comfortably. A week later and it hasn't arrived. You can't get through to them, they've closed all contact except some online message form that they don't reply to. They are using Covid-19 as a reason despite other companies being able to reasonably function or being upfront about the fact that they can't. I will never buy from them again. I am £83 down and still have not got a proper desk chair. They should at least do the honourable thing of allowing you to cancel and not taking the funds until they are actually dispatching. I gave 1 star because I couldn't give zero. Terrible terrible service.

I, like many of the other reviews I have just read placed an order with this company only to not receive my item despite it saying on the website that it is in stock. I ordered an office chair and some arms for the chair separately. The arms came 2 days after the order was made, but still no chair, although the full amount has been taken from my bank. I have tried to contact them several times with no success, and when you ring the phone number you just get a message saying that they cannot take the call and the line goes dead. Absolute disgrace. Will never use this company again

I am being harassed by Viking direct for money I do not owe. I ordered a henry hoover and they sent a box of paper labelled henry hoover. When I called to explain this they said they would send another but it wouldn’t be next day as it was the weekend. After coming off the phone I decided to call back and cancel the order altogether as it would be quicker for me to drive and get one locally the next day. The lady on the phone said she cancelled this and said I would be refunded. The next week a henry hoover arrived, followed by another one a few days later. Why? I don’t know? We were due on holiday that weekend so I didn’t contact them before leaving. On my holiday I started to receive invoices asking for money. I had already paid for one and was due the refund and hadn’t ordered any of these. Setting up a pick up date for these items was ridiculous as anyone who works full time cannot be at home 8am - 6pm and there no pick up at the weekend. Eventually the items were picked up and cleared marked with invoice numbers as I was instructed to do. I have only been issued my refund two months after the original order date and I am being sent constant emails asking me to pay for hoovers that I do not have. Every time I email back to tell them this is wrong. This company is an absolute joke. I would never use them again and would warm any one against using them.

ONE OF THE BIGGEST SCAMMING COMPANYS ON THE INTERNET.. THEY ARE TAKING OLD PEOPLES AND YOUNG PEOPLES MONEY FOR ORDERS AND NOT HAVING ANY STOCK IN.. BE WARNED OBTAINING MONEY BY DECEPTION TOTAL FRAUD !!!!…..NEXT THEY WILL BLAME CORONAVIRUS... !!!!...

This company advertised an item as available and took my money immediately. Then nothing was heard . On checking my account on the website it showed the item as with a courier but also out of stock. I rang and initially received an unhelpful response. When I insisted the customer services agent rang internally and confirmed that the item was not available. I asked for a refund but nothing has happened. I posted a review on Trust Pilot and got a response from Viking Direct asking them to email me. However I have had no response and no refund. They should not be taking money for items which are not available. This verges on fraud!

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Like all these reviews before me, I ordered an item on 25th March. Said was in stock. £95! Then no response or any comms for 2 weeks. Phones off. Won’t respond to emails. And have stolen my money!! This is an absolute disgrace. Rogue trading! I’ll be pursuing trading standards. It’s so bad

I made up an order to get a hard to find item that Viking were promoting as 'in stock' & order confirmation stated it was going to be delivered with the other items. However when order arrived - guess what. The one thing I really needed was missing. So I messaged customer services & no reply. Item was not charged on invoice (when I downloaded it from their website ) total so not out of pocket. I am angry at what seems now to be a scam to get orders !

They took my payment for an order, its been over two weeks with no updates. I initially contacted them via webchat, where the person I spoke to was very rude and unhelpful and disconnected from me before I was finished speaking to them. I have since emailed them several times with no responses, asking for my order to be cancelled since it became clear they have no intention of delivering. They are no responding to my emails, their webchat is now offline and they have disconnected their phone service. Since I have no contact from them, even though they have already taken my payment, I'll be forced to ask my bank to use a chargeback to recover my money. Absolutely awful experience and non-existent customer service. Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere.

Order stated in stock, placed order 2nd March, paid, at checkout was told it was on backorder (after payment). Have been trying to get in touch for over a week now. No answer to any form of communication. Absolutely despicable service, even in these difficult times. I doubt I'll ever see my order or a refund. People can't afford to waste money, it's stealing!

Placed an order on 14th March for an item which subsequently went out of stock, so it was never delivered. After 4 emails, a 30 minute phone call and the promise of the funds on each occasion, still no money returned on 31st March. Totally unresponsive to emails. UTTER DISGRACE.

First order with Viking Direct. Ordered an office chair on a Saturday. Delivery shown as the Monday. No sign of it. Called every day except Thursday that week and each time was told it was on it's way. Called today -NINE days after ordering- to be told the chair is out of stock and won't be in for another week. Requested to cancel my order and was told have to wait 10 days to get my money back. I know things are difficult right now but EVERY OTHER ITEM I have ordered from elsewhere -including bedroom furniture- has arrived in less than three days. Absolutely shocking service.

I made an order four days ago from Viking website, the payment went out of my account straight away, however, I haven't heard about the delivery date. I tried to contact customer service by phone and email a few times without success. If Viking doesn't have the product in stock, you should at least let us know.

It would be nice to say I've had an 'experience' My order should have been delivered on the 18th March. It is now the 25th.Still nothing from customer services My husband is dying from cancer and due to this sodding virus could'nt get out to shop so sent for some dried mash that cost me £30.00. Cannot afford to lose money like that. Please, buck your idea's up Viking.........
