I am not that interested in quaffers. More into the above average to higher end of the market. The multiple daily emails rarely attract my attention because the offerings are not in my target range. I suggest you split your email offerings based on the buying pattern of your client base. That would avoid people like me hitting the delete button without reading your emails. I also note that Vinomofo rarely has the great deals which characterised your early years. Again a turn off for me. Your price points for quality offerings are not as attractive as they used to be. There are multiple outlets who are highly price competitive with Vinomofo. Accordingly you need to better serve your clientele if your prices are no longer particularly atttactive.

I have been disappointed in a few of the wines, I have a fussy palate. My last order was not what I thought it would be. I do love your prompt service though and pleasant customer service people, they never dissapoint! I think we will get there in the end!

I'm afraid I've gone off Vinomofo. Too many overhyped pinots (if it's too good to be true, it isn't). Not enough international stock, especially from Portugal and Italy. I'm fine to order by the case but I'd prefer picking what goes into it. Was a customer for quite a long time and would never say never on returning, but there are more options out there and I am exploring them.

I have been buying from Mofo's for a few years. I think things have changed slightly. I used to get some great wines and they were mostly true to the writeup given however this has changed in recent times and seems to be mostly about marketing and just moving the wine out of the door. I understand this is business but to promote a wine as excellent when it is barely average has made me purchase elsewhere at times. I will still continue to buy though.

Honestly, I generally enjoy the wines I get from you MoFo's. My major gripe though is that the repeatability of purchases is not there. Particularly with the foreign wines. I bought a case of Uva Mira Chardy from you and enjoyed it so much, knowing their wines are excellent as well I was hoping that you had room to offer more but have not seen it since, and my pallet is hungry for more scrumptious South African vino!

Overall good value, but the selection panel amaze me with their description sometimes. It makes me wonder if the wine I received is the one they tasted.

Great Online business , currently under the Club Membership. Don't feel the value is in the Club Membership as it is with buying some of the discounted wines. I have also just received my first undrinkable wines that came in the last delivery

Don't know as I still have not received either of my orders at this point, one being nearly three weeks?? Hope this side improves or I'll have to go back to the way I did buy my wine! So I really cannot give you an opinion on service or wine at this point!!! Here's hoping though!

I've been with vinomofo for several years and still am, although I spread myself around the many online purveyors more now, largely because I like the option to mix and match my 6s and 12s, which you do not allow. I'm also not a fan of masked "black market" deals because a couple have been disappointing. Mostly, I spend enough to meet the $300 trigger most outlets use for free freight and because I do that I feel it should always be waived, even for occasional small purchases. I'm not leaving mofo, just being a tad more picky about some things.

Since Ange left I am not getting any value assistance. Text messages and emails are useless to me, I can read but it doesn’t tell me anything I want to know about the wine - such as will I like it. My last dozen of Hollick Tannery Block was awful. The whites are good because I am only buying what I know we like. Reds are now from the Supermarket or Wine Selectors. Disappointed after so many good years. I haven’t answered the next questions because they don’t apply any more.

When you first started I would have given you a 10 but you just seem to have taken your foot off the pedal. Your wines have increased in price and there are so many more wrapped so you dont really know what they are. I still enjoy some of your wines now and then but now find myself dealing with Cellarmasters (who give personalized service with specials) and Dan Murphy's who have member special offers.

I've been a. big fan of the 'fo for a long time so I'll overlook this one but thought I'd still leave a note. I ordered a case of the mixed Euro reds. Two of them were especially ordinary - like vin de table ordinary. I'm not expecting grand vin at that price but something wasn't right here. When I scanned the wines with my vivino app (their retail price was showing as less than half of what was claimed on your site. The app is reliable, I've checked things many times, and yes, it was AUD. For the reason my how likely has gone from a 10 to an 8. Hopefully a one off.

I've had some very good wine after an introduction from a friend, but I find it hard to choose something I haven't tasted and where the labels are covered up as in Black market deals. I also had something your agent recommended to me which I just did not care for and perhaps should have returned - I used it partly in cooking. Delivery is pretty good despite current Covid pressue on AusPost.

Many of the wines are decent but yet to have anything outstanding. For instance, a number of $15 wines have a $50 rrp, they don’t taste like $50 wines. It almost seems like wines are being made according to a label that carries a specific price point but seem to be made specifically for Vinomofo. I’d be keen to get some quality deals as opposed to manufactured deals. Apologies, it’s not the most positive review, I’ve spent thousands of dollars and overall been a wee bit disappointed.

some wines I have ordered I feel overpriced compared to other wine clubs I have dealt with. also removing my free shipping is not the way to keep me as a customer.
