The wines are generally vety good from small boutique producers that don't have the volume to sell at retail. I expect to buy a lot of wine in the future from VinoMofo and frankly would expect I'm one of their most highly valued clients. The advice is always 'WOW'. It's often solid though Frank cellaring advice is essential buy non-existent. I've tried to return a wine once when the guarantee is easy returns. The return slip never arrived despite asking twice despite the easy returns guarantee and I have several dozen pinot noir from NZ sitting in storage in hope they'll get better despite me telling my buyer I had them and didn't like them. The annual WTF sale is a joke. It's targeted at people who aren't working and has changed my rating to a 3 star. Letting the person who buts 1 dozen a year get a bargain ahead of a buyer spending 100xthe value because they don't work and can sit on socials or the website to ick is ridiculous. There are do many sites offering similar bargains It's increasingly apparent avinomofo isn't for discerning or volume buyers.

I'm new to Vinomofo. I came here due to a recommendation from a friend as I was looking for Sparkling Red (not popular in SG). However, I was not able to find the wine I wanted on the website even though I could get a recommendation from a google search. I did eventually click on the link to purchase it. I could not understand why it is not available when I search direct in the Vinomofo website.

Recently I order 6 bottles of GALIUS and the grade awards for this wine is 97points by Decanter, I tasted the wine but I don't think this wine should grade as 97 points.

Vinomofo is usually great, however with auspost and covid I’m still waiting for my wine 2 weeks after I placed my order

Slow delivery process ...maybe its Aust Post but over 2 weeks from order before expected delivery is not great.

Slow in delivery Ordered 3 cases 3 weeks ago only 2 have arrived Wrote to vinomofo last week and still no delivery How many times do I have to contact you?

Hi Margaret, Thanks very much for getting in touch, and we are sorry about the delay with your order. AusPost are well and truly under the pump at the moment, with everyone ordering online and a cut back to the amount of staff they can have in their facilities they are experiencing significant delays. What we are noticing is that AusPost are not scanning our parcels when they leave our warehouse, with the next scan happening when they are just about to be delivered. So while it can look like nothing is happening, please feel very reassured that your wine is on it's way and should arrive soon. Wines received that I have tasted so far have been great. Delivery took a long time and the same has occurred to a friend I suggested Vino to.

Everything great except delivery.I work in a hospital so can't have delivery to work so put my brother's address as my postal address.They were home (also vinomfo members) due to Lockdown Melbourne,but delivery note left saying no one was home?...no bell rung or door knock?It was then taken to local post office.I had the email with bar code to pick it up but Australia Post aren't allowed to give the parcel without proof of address...but it was my brother's home not mine-anyway... felt sorry for me so gave it to me but all very irritating.

First purchase via Vinomofo - Barossa Black Market Shiraz 2018. The purchase and delivery process was very good. The quality of the wine "Kilikanoon Exodus Shiraz 2018" was quite "young" and not best drinking now - will put it down until 2023 and see if it has improved.

Bought some of the Pinot Noir 2019 – Black Market Deal. Wine is lovely but it’s not great the morning after only having 2 glasses. Never had that before with Pinot Noir.

Still waiting to recieve my wine its now been 2 weeks really hope it wont be like this everytime and the wine is worth it because im unsure this is acceptable

Communication, service with phone service was excellent especially when Australia post smashed a case! Website easy to use but the wine wasn't amazing. First bottle we opened was corked! I chose vegan wines as I've had issues with stomach and those that use dairy. Both wines we bought gave me terrible stomach ache. Lucky my husband was able to soldier on! Not sure whether I'd buy again or not...

I bought the Alsace grand cru six pack. I have only tried one bottle, The Rangen, it seemed overdeveloped/ oxidized and surprisingly dark for a 2 year old Riesling, I expect the colour of a young Riesling to be quite pale. I was disappointed, I tried this one firstl thinking I would buy more but that will not be the case

I recently bought the Salvation Case - overall I was disappointed as I didn't realise my profile Mofo membership profile was irrelevant to this purchase. The case included 2 x Sauvignon Blanc which I don't like and what appear to be some fairly average reds. I have always been very happy with my quarterly delivery I receive through the Club and just felt the Salvation Case was not up to the regular Mofo standard.

Mostly my experience is positive. But recently I bought three cases, two of which I thought were filled with poor wine and therefore were poor value. When I emailed about this there was no offer of a refund, though I did receive a $20 voucher on my next purchase. I’m not sure when that will be because you guys have always promised a lot and lived up to that promise, but now I think you’re like everyone else...just pumping it out for the cash. Which is fine...you just don’t automatically get my loyalty or respect. That’s all.

We've been supporters and customers of Vinomofo from the early days and feel like the focus from then has changed and the ’edge’ has been lost. The wines are now more expensive in the case deals offered and the variety isn’t what it was. We've started buying from other wine companies and, despite our long purchasing history, other friends that we've recommended you to have been given better/more interesting deals that aren't advertised, for example. A shame, all round, as we love the premise of what Vinomofo began as and would love to see some of the old magic back.
