Their delivery is pathetic, instructions to leave parcel in secure place near front door. First time left in open space full sunlight at the gate WTF, second time at the post office. No apology just go to the post office and pick it up !! Be careful with this crowd of muppets

Ordered 12 bottles of Tas pinot on special offer with strict instructions of DELIVERY MON-FRI 9-5 marked on on the order. I t was delivered last Sat afternoon at 4.23 pm and left outside of a locked business premises in a deserted South Melb street...their carrier even sent a photo of the wine sitting there. It was stolen by Monday. I called immediately on seeing photo, sent SMSs and several emails. No response from Vinomofo...eventually got a credit ...but they insisted it wasn`t their fault. Will never use again ,their happiness guarantee is BS.

Imagine sending an email asking for a review for wine purchased 2 weeks ago when you have yet to even dispatch it. A follow up email was sent a week in and response was it had been shipped with a tracking number. Tracking supplied by Auspost notes “Being packed by sender” hahahaha I’m actually laughing because if I didn’t I’d cry. So over companies using “covid” as an excuse to provide poor service. This definitely will be my first and last purchase from this company.

After two weeks, the wine I ordered has not left the warehouse. Pretty ordinary!

Friends I dont know what the expression 'flat out like a lizard drinking' really means, but if is has something to do about fluids being in short supply then maybe the fact that first, very first purchase as still yet to arrive, it is taking its time getting to me. william

It’s so disappointing… I’ve bought a lot of wine from Vinomofo in the past, inc Orgy, and other delicious drops. A few weeks ago I saw an ad on Instagram for a Homeless wine, with proceeds going to a charitable organisation. So I purchased and paid for a ctn of this wine. It took me two weeks to get any info on where this wine was and when it would be delivered… reassured it was coming. I even received a tracking number registered with Auspost. 3 days later, it’s still sitting apparently on the dock/processing at Vinomofo. I’m so disappointed with the whole experience. I tried to contact them again… to no avail. Again, this has NEVER happen to me before with this company, but as a loyal customer, I will have second thoughts next time…. Again just disappointed.

Haven’t got my wine yet. It’s waiting for me at the post office. Can’t get to the post office to collect it due to working the same hours that the post office is open. Kind of defeats the object of ordering online and having it “delivered” to your home address. Very disappointed in the delivery arrangements, even though I selected authority to leave for delivery.

Sorry to say but very disappointed with this one. For a supposed $50 bottle of reserve barossa shiraz, albeit marked down to $15, shall be using it for cooking purposes only.

Evening, I joined to placate my father in law, he wanted the discount for introducing someone. I've always considered the Mofo term to be an Americanism used only by .......well you catch my drift........ all the best Bruce

When I get an email saying free shipping for 24 hours then I'm disappointed to see a $9 fee attached to the order.

Ordered 2 cases of wine on the 2nd September and given an ETA of the 4th September. It is now the 16th and still no sign that it is on its way or a new ETA.
