After being warned this company cherry picks reviews, we'll see if this gets posted. After two attempts to have products delivered I've given up. Our initial order, was delayed as viovet did not have the items in stock and didn't inform us, the parcel was eventually sent out via DX Express Couriers who 'apparently' lost the parcel. Viovet sent the parcel out again with the same courier and it was delivered to a different customer. I contacted the couriers who were rude, unhelpful and basically couldn't have cared less they had delivered to the wrong customer. I have to say the customer service ladies at viovet were lovely, very pleasant. My advice would be if you order from this company on line, follow it up with a phone call to make sure they have stock. Plus, a note to viovet, use a different courier, DX Express are bringing the name of your company down. I've reorded the products I needed elsewhere and will not be using your company again or recommending it to others.

This is a continuation from a previous review... I'm still trying to get my money back from Viovet - the order was placed on the 18th June (it's now 6th July). After messing me around no end and never receiving my order, I've finally received an email today saying they would refund me £8.99, however the order was for £40.99. I'm now in the process of putting in a complaint to my bank to try to recover my money via them. It's unbelievable how incompetent this company has become (they used to be good). AVOID!!

Don't bother ordering from this company! I placed an order on June 18th with an estimated delivery date of 21th Jun - 22nd Jun. I waited and heard nothing. I emailed twice to see where my order was and received no reply to either. I received an email today (Jun 29th) to tell me that the products I ordered are out of stock and that they don't know when they'll be in stock. They have already taken payment, so now I need to cancel the order and chase for a refund. Terrible service.

Do not use this company - I placed an order for some specific medical food my cat desperately needed. Their website gave an estimated delivery date of Wednesday to Thursday (other Products said "Out of Stock". I received an estimated delivery date between Wednesday and Thursday. On Thursday I received an email saying that it is out of stock. If stock was an issue I should have been advised on Monday - they just blamed their suppliers.

I ordered urgent medication for my dog, they said they would send it asap. Well I had to ring them and remind them of order again next day because it hadnt arrived. Then they said next lot of meds would follow a day after first order, well that didnt come either. So I sent emails asking where my dogs meds were. He has gone 2 days without any. Then they sent an email saying it had been sent 2nd class after my complaint. What kind of customer service is this? I have used them for 5yrs nearly for my dog food so you'd think there would be some kind of custo.er loyality. They dont reply or listen, very poor service indeed!

If it’s not in stock don’t sell it....people waiting for their items,no phone call no emails to tell me about order not in stock,after four days I phoned them,no good.

Have had to cancel past 3 orders due to time taken to dispatch. Website claims the items are in stock when order placed, but then 2 weeks later are still waiting stock allocation when you check your account!!

I’m a new customer and wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. Medicine for my dog was dispatched and hasn’t appeared! Like other customers I’ve emailed them but I’ve had an automated reply saying they aim to respond within 5 working days. Not good enough!

Have ordered 4 bags of dog food and still haven't received it 10 days later. Have emailed only to get a response to say they will respond within 5 days. This is not acceptable.

I have to admit their postage and delivery isn't good. I bought from this company and another on the same day. Other company was a lower spend but was free delivery and arrived the following day. Viovet was 3.99 delivery and took 4 days. Not sure I'd recommend but I have only used them once.

Have used violet regularly for small orders and have always been good. Recently I’ve ordered an expensive prescription from them. They took my money and stated the meds would be “despatched shortly”. They had falsely advertised these goods as they didn’t have them in stock. When I pushed for delivery date as my horse needed the meds they admitted they weren’t in stock. I asked to be refunded immediately so I could afford to get medication from vet they suddenly said they had a delivery and would send them that day. That was another lie. No goods. No money back. Will never use this company again.

Used vio vet for quite a while now and so disappointed how they treat loyal customers orders taken weeks to come and one order was nearly 3months in the end I’ve cancelled and they items are in stock I sent them a email and they just didn’t care one email wasn’t responded to think twice b4 ordering if you want items quickly

I placed and paid for an order over 9 days ago. Having not received my items or an email regarding dispatch, I called Viovet. It was only then I learnt that the item was out of stock and no date for restock could be given. It would appear Viovet sell items and take payment for goods that are not actually available. Check stock before buying!!

If you are lucky enough to get your order then they're ok. In my case I haven't received my parcel, wrote them, they said they can't do anything until at least 35 days have passed. After 35 days they said I've contacted them too late and they won't do anything. Took 170€ and ignored anything else. Stay away from such scammers!!

I ordered Protexin Gut Balancer but still had't received it over a week later. Customer service can see from Royal Mail's website that no attempt has been made to deliver my parcel . I was advised to phone again in another 8 days or order and pay for another to be sent. I needed the product quickly and paid for postage, I think it's unreasonable to expect a customer to wait 2 and a half weeks before acknowledging that the order has gone missing. I won't order from VioVet again.

I have been using them for years for repeat deliveries now cancelled account as I placed an order - after a week it still had not been despatched and then they cancelled it and sent me a refund still have not had any explanation or emails from them as to why - I have sent 5 emails nothing back. Really bad customer service and cannot trust them now so will not be using them again.

I ordered on the 17th November, it is now the 12th January I have never received my parcel, they have refused to refund me until the parcel is returned despite it still being with their delivery company DX they have also refused to send me out a replacement order with an alternative delivery company. They had a 3-5 day wait for delivery it has now almost been 3 months. I have lost my money and obviously had to order my products elsewhere.

Ordered Harness, delivery slower than expected but allowance made for time of year and high level of demand on mail services outside of control of VioVet, The reason for this poor review is the item ordered arrived packaging only missing the Harness, totally unacceptable, how these type of mistakes can be made

Worst place ever to use. Poor excuses and rubbish delivery... Used them on 2 occasions now for medication since my dog had a stroke and on both occasions medication has not turned up in the time promised and on both occasions has cost me double the price due to the fact I have had to go back to the vets to get more medication.. apparently when you pay for first class post and given a delivery date that doesn't mean that will be date you will actually get the medication... So allow 3 to 5 days for delivery actually means as I was told allow up to 2 weeks. I will never be using again and even though was told on 2 seperate days order would be dispatched it wasn't... wouldn't even upgrade my postage... Was even told that they do have up to 9000 orders a day so couldn't ever actually guarantee delivery dates.. stay away and use somebody else would be my honest opinion if you value you're pet's life for requires medication. I have now switched to Pet drugs online who after 1 quick call about viovets incompetence completed my order and even dispatched next day delivery for me even after there delivery time slot cut off... I know where my future business shall be
