Ordered dog harness nearly 3 weeks ago and it doesn’t seem to have been dispatched yet. I emailed the company a week ago and no reply.

Awful. Don’t tell you they don’t have stock of medication but take your money and make you wait. Customer services non existent and take over 5 days to respond. Do not trust!!

Horrendous customer service. Slow reply’s with empty promises. To then being completely ignored. It’s taken more than 2 weeks to try and organise returning a dog bed which was not even close to the advertised size. I’m beginning to give up with it all. Can’t believe there are so many positive reviews, they must be fake. I’ve never had to leave a bad review for anyone.

The customer service delivered was derisory, Items were not sent due to slack of communication between departments. No call to explain the delay.No email. When I called to query it.The agent was unhelpful and officious. Eventually admitted that it had been wrongly entered into the system, but no apology. I asked to order the full amount on the prescription as I didn’t want to deal with this company again However items didn’t arrive.More terse emails. I would not recommend them at all.

My order of controlled drugs - urgent medicine for my horses was sent to the wrong address!! Even though address is clear on the prescription. The whole process was slow from order to delivery. No apology or offer of refund or to re direct the package. AVOID this company - safer and quicker to walk to your vets ...

One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Took an order for items that they didn't have in stock, and then didn't inform me until a week later. Didn't respond to emails for nearly a week. Really awful and very frustrating at not knowing what was going on. Not recommended at all.

I ordered recovery food for my sick guinea pig I was never advised of a delay in delivery or I wouldn't of ordered from here and some deo sect for my horses £60 order, yes we have covid 19 but I needed this food urgently as would anyone buying this food, it has taken them 3 weeks to despatch my order I rang but they were so unhelpful and said they had until the next day to despatch my order and would be able to help me from tomorrow if they hadn't despatched it, I tried emailing first but had a pop up saying 3 days to reply to emails as they are busy so cant phone cant email cant get a refund so I had to fork out more money and use an alternative vet drug company who shipped next day and now when viovet finally get round to shipping I will have duplicate products I don't need, AVOID AVOID AVOID unless you don't need your items in a hurry which buying vet products recovery food you would assume they were time critical if I had waited for this recovery food my guinea pig would now be starved to death. Much better faster efficient companies out there.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I ordered horse wormers which didn't arrive on time. When i went online and later on the phone to discuss this with an advisor they basically told me the goods were on route and when i asked to cancel the order as it would arrive to late for purpose. They said they couldn't stop the good being delivered as they could not take them back and they were being transported in inappropriate conditions and with a possibility that they were tampered with en route. Obviously i do not want mediations that are compromised for my animals. They would not budget and so i had to take it up with my and and refuse delivery. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

Item didn't arrive despite email saying it had been delivered. Customer services totally unhelpful their response was to refer me to the T&C's and that it was basically my fault for not being there when delivered.

Was sent duplicate delivery after viovet took money from my account for items they even didn't have. Customer services won't even look into it, they just expect me to have the hassle and expense of returning things I didn't even order. Very disappointing.

Ive been having regular deliveries for over 2 yrs but noticed on my bank statement that the regular charge had jumped by £16. I phoned customer service and they said they were now charging me £16 for delivery (Free in the past) and that they didn't need to inform me because the T&C's said they can make changes without informing the customer. BEWARE this doesn't happen to you and always check your invoice or bank statement.

Got sent DermAllay conditioner for cats and dogs instead of shampoo for horses. As far as I could make out from customer services, conditioner was sent because shampoo wasn't in stock. Not good enough. As in other reviews I have read I would caution customers to beware of VioVet's drop down menus. I've certainly come away with the feeling that they'd sell you anything rather than sell you nothing.

My order was dispatched on the 4th of January 2019. It included food and medicine which my dogs needed to take by the 22nd of February. A month and a half later, on the 18th of February, it still didn't arrive at my destination. VioVet offered a full refund, which I had no choice but to accept. At that time I had already bought all that stuff from other shops (besides the medicine). Because of VioVet, not only did I payed more because I had to buy from other places, but my dogs got their medicine almost a month later (!!!) and suffered during that time because of it. VioVet didn't offer to resend it with a faster delivery, or compensate me for all of their mistakes. Absolutely the worst customer service I've encountered in my life.

10800775  Order from 9 days ago not arrived. £41. Of products have had to e bought from Amazon as it's taken so long. Ridiculous. . Don't offer free delivery if it's this bad. I will not be using again.

Absolutely appalling service. I placed an order for veterinary diet dog food on a Friday and was given delivery timeframe of the following Monday or Tuesday. That Monday I received an E-Mail and text message from FedEx stating delivery would be that day so I reorganised my work day to be able to receive the delivery. This did not happen. The delivery apparently took place on the Tuesday when I was unable to reorganise work commitments. FedEx notified me that somebody had signed for it but with no indication of the address and no delivery card through the door. Following multiple queries to VioVet I still have not received the order or been informed where it might be. Each time I called I was told that the order has been delivered so have to repeat the same story (this would be O.K but I've only spoken to one person, whose phone manner is pretty poor too) I have been repeatedly fobbed off with 'I'm waiting for FedEx to get back to me' or 'I've left that with my account manager'. The food has run out and I have had to use alternative food which defeats the purpose of the specialised diet. Today I have requested a refund though I doubt that this will happen in a timely manner. I cannot find a single reason to give VioVet custom in the future and would recommend people look beyond the competitive pricing to other companies that might actually fulfil the delivery component of a purchase commitment. I have put over 7 days for delivery as though requesting a refund after 7 days I have no confidence VioVet would have fulfilled the order. I cannot answer WET refund but have E-Mail assurance that one will be issued but must allow a 'Fed's days. Don't touch this company with your worst enemies barge pole.

Original order did not arrive. According to vio vet fed ex attempted to deliver multiple times to a working farm with someone home at all times-lies. When contacting vio vet to discuss this I was assured that they would re send the order however I received an email to say they had received my return and would refund my money within 24 hours. I had to wait further to re order the items I needed. Extremely disappointing service given I had used the company many times before I feel let down from the courier and vio vet.
